Drive thru for an almost $7.00 Peppermint Mocha Grande which was filled about 80% or less and was warm at best, not hot. Drive thru person was miserable, didn’t even look me in the eye or say thank you. Won’t be back. BTW, 7 Brew down the street will close this Starbucks location. They have super long lines all the time but I’ll be honest, Starbucks blows them away with taste, service at 7 Brew is top notch. With the prices of everything the last few years, paying almost 7 bucks for a warm, 3/4 filled coffee is nuts so I let corporate know and not to my surprise, I hear nothing back.

This is our favorite local Starbucks. We have one slightly closer but go a little further to this one. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. The orders are cracked 99% of the time. It’s very clean and they have a nice large table and a little sectioned off area if you want to have a semi-private business meeting.

The staff didn’t seem too hard at work, but there weren’t many people at all. The biggest benefit of this being such a fresh add-on to Racetrack Rd is for some time, not many people will know it’s here. I mean seriously. We came at noon on a Sunday and it was almost empty.
This Starbucks had no reviews and only two pictures, so I figured it was brand new. Walking into the building, that impression didn’t change. It’s gorgeous – looks like it was built yesterday.
By the way, the drink was fantastic.

Requested simple black coffee and sandwich. Had walk up and re-request 3 times then twice to get a refund when it was clear they had no interest in giving me the food. Hundreds of Starbucks visits throughout the country. This is the worst.

As someone in upper management, I know the importance of reviews. The people who love you, tell you and don’t leave reviews, but the ones that had a bad experience always leave reviews. I come to this location just about every morning. I’m here out of town working and the service is the same every time I come in. I’ve tried anothet within a few mile radius from this one, and it doesn’t hold a candle. I’m singling out Ashley because she told me her name this morning. She had a bubbly personality and seems like she tries to make the day fun for herself and employees around her. Although I don’t know everybody by name, the whole staff deserves acknowledgment. You all are amazing. Thank you.
