This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The health department should close them down, it was absolutely filthy!!! With 5 employees working zero customers except us and after being ignored for 5 minutes they finally took our order then proceeded to ignore us again while we waited 20 minutes for our 3 drinks to be made! Disgusting service and disgusting environment. This is the second time I have been here and the first experience was exactly the same.

I honestly dont like anything about this location. The place is small and congested. It was not clean the few times I visited. The vibes from the staff is almost always unwelcoming here and the coffee doesnt take as good.

Very friendly and conversational staff! This location is exceptionally small though and can get crowded and cramped fast at peak times. The outside seating is excellent with wide open views of the shopping square. Great place to relax outdoors in the summer and a good location to warm up if shopping in the cold.

Came to this Starbucks for the first time ever to have a business meeting and much to my chagrin, the lobby was closed. Just a handwritten note on the front door to let customers know. If that is the case, I do believe the Starbucks should close for the day. It’s not the pandemic any more to have the inside sitting closed off to the public.

My wife and walked in, to order coffee. The young women behind the were too busy to serve us, due to the juicy conversation they were having. They didn’t greet us, or tell us they would help us in a minute. Although they did offer us a couple of of awkward glances and stares. This is typical of today’s generation that was never taught social etiquette, or home training. I blame the managers, and parents for not instilling good work ethic, and customer service. To think the people doing “working” these positions feel entitled to tips! Needless to say, after a short wait, we turned around to leave. One of the lady’s did “offer us a “have a nice day guys”, to which I replied “thank you”. We will not be back.

Everyone who works there is so kind and pleasant, and as a former barista at a busy location myself, I know just how hard their job is and I really appreciate how nice they are in spite of that.

I recently was in this Starbucks and witnessed a manger named Bella belittling and treating her co workers poorly and was very rude.

The service was not good. The three female employees didn’t care about our order at all.Overall, it was a bad experience.
If there was an option for less than one star, they would deserve it. The service was very disappointing, and the staff showed no care or respect.
