AVOID THIS STORE FOR PICK UP! They have closed their cafe, seemingly indefinitely, so you can’t go in to get pick up orders, though the app still lets you place a pick up order at this location. I drove 10 minutes out of my way this morning to find I couldn’t get to my coffee. Maybe they expect you to wait in the 20 minute drive thru line while your coffee sits inside getting cold? Even if I had time for that this morning, it doesn’t seem like what most people ordering pick up are looking for. I called and talked to a manager and they were completely unhelpful and unapologetic. They said they couldn’t give me a refund and they really didn’t seem to care that they misrepresented what was open. I had to spend 15 minutes talking to a chatbot to get my money back.

Store is ok, but went in for an order pickup and while I showed up 5 minutes after the time the app said I noticed they hadn’t even started my drink. I noticed them start a drink with cows milk, then dump the milk and put oat milk in the same cup (I can’t have cows milk, which is why I order oat milk with a non dairy cold foam) and begin to make my drink. I asked if that was a drink for my name and the girl said yes. When I told her I can’t have any cows milk in the cup she looked at me like I was crazy until I said you just had that in there and dumped it. Only then did she get a new cup and start again. The drink still didn’t end up correctly, she didn’t put much cold foam in at all, super glad I paid extra for it. Is it common practice to mix milks like that?

I enjoy going to this Starbucks, but most of the time the staff seems to be annoyed by guests and plenty of times I’ve had ingredients missing. also I’ve seen staff obviously sick while working, they are wearing masks but if you’re sick and working at restaurant you need to stay home for that I blame management take care of your staff!

John does a great job. I am one of those daily type of customers, at least 3 times a week, minimum and I used my rewards for a free drink and it was not made the way it normally was and John took care of it and had his team make me another one another day, at my convenience.
It was the first remake they ever had to do for me and im there more than I want to admit…..so great service, and they normally make it right 9.9 times out of 10.

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks. It’s quiet and the baristas were super friendly and very good and it seemed like they were enjoying being there. I went around 9:30am and it wasn’t busy.

Despite visiting many of the Starbucks in the North Hills I rarely get to this one because it’s not near where I commute or run most of my errands. However, I’ve recently been job shadowing nearby at my dentist and this location has become the most convenient to make use of some BOGO specials. I’ve been inside a few times, it seems quieter than some of the locations on McKnight. Even when using the drive thru things moved along quickly as they seem well staffed. Very friendly and efficient!

This is not the first time they messed up my order at this location. I ordered 5 drinks and none of them taste right. I got hot white mocha for my coworker when she open the lid there was only half of drink were in the cup, the venti sweet vanilla cream look so creamy like they didn’t add any coffee in it, and it gets better the white mocha frappe meted within 15 mins and look it someone already drank it. I’m a regular Starbucks customer and I hate to complain but this is unacceptable.
