I have been going to several different Starbucks locations, a regular yes, but not always same location. I was greeted as soon as I dwalked in, that doesn’t always happen at other locations, being acknowledged as well as I’ll be right with you, which was faster than expected. I was asked how I was doing, I asked for suggestions about the newer menu items because I was wanting to try something new. As I waited for my order, several other people came in, each person was greeted with the same enthusiasm. It took no time at all for my order. The message that was written on my cup made me tear up because I was having a tough day, it said you got this with a smiley face. It was like that was meant to be just for me!!!, was uplifting for sure. My drink was amazing, and I did happen to order the new strawberry matcha loaf that was suggested. Was so glad the cashier suggested it. It was great to see how clean everything was even when the orders were rolling in almost non stop. The whole team was working together. I think it must of been a manager or at least someone who was in charge that day, who kept giving positive words for their performance and gave encouragement to all working. Was such great service and an enjoyable experience. I wish I could remember their names, I know one stuck out more because of her hair color, orange like color. When leaving I heard them all say have a great day, thanks for stopping in, etc. Definitely will be back to this location when Im in town.

Normally, I don’t write reviews for Starbucks because they’re a successful establishment. However, I left Starbucks today feeling furious, and I feel like I have to write this review. I was mad not because of how the drink turned out, but rather at how I was treated by the barista that worked tonight.

I’m a regular customer at this location and usually buy 2–3 drinks per day, every day — which adds up to around $400–$500 spent there each month. Every time I come, I order the same customized drink. While it’s quite complicated, 9 out of 10 times the drinks are made correctly. The ladies that made my drink from previous experience was very friendly and happy when greeting me.

However, the drink I ordered tonight was made very poorly by a guy named Anthony and another employee which I did not catch his name. I’ve attached pictures that clearly show the difference between the drinks made by other baristas from my previous orders and the one he made tonight. It was barely filled, and while that wouldn’t normally be a big deal if corrected, the way it was handled upset me.

I politely asked Anthony if he could add a bit more ice to the top to make the cup look full. Not only did he refuse such a simple request, but he also lied to me, saying Starbucks’ policy doesn’t allow him to fill the cup that way. I know that’s not true because I’ve ordered the same drink from this location almost exclusively for nearly a year, and the other baristas always made it perfectly. They even remember my name — to the point where, when I pull up to the drive-thru, they already know who I am and prepare my usual requests, like an extra cup of ice, without me even asking.

I then asked Anthony if Starbucks had recently changed their policy, since what he said clearly didn’t match my experience. He replied that it had always been that way since he started working there, over a year ago. I was disgusted by the dishonesty. It was clear he was simply too lazy to correct his mistake or at least give me a better explanation instead of lying to my face.

Of course, I didn’t accept the drink and requested a refund, then took my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see my favorite go-to Starbucks treat a loyal customer this way, especially after all the support I’ve given them throughout the year.

I hope the management team at this location reads this and addresses this kind of behavior. Providing good service and fulfilling reasonable customer requests should be the standard at any Starbucks location.

The picture on the left is what I usually get when my drinks are made by other Barista, the picture on the right is what I received today. It is a huge different and the way Anthony handled the situation was just not acceptable.

Haven’t been to this store in awhile, had a bad experience about 6 or so months ago. I returned on Christmas day, 2025, and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the team was, especially cuz they were packed full. My order was done in a decent time frame, considering the crowd it was faster than expected. Everyone was really kind, greetings were friendly, and the store was clean even with so much going on. NTM, my drink was delicious. I dont know if there’s new management from my last visit, whatever the changes have been made, my experience was nothing but positive. I will be making this my fav starbucks once again because of the customer service and quality of my matchas! Was a hectic day but the team handled it with grace and kindness

An order was already started on behalf of my colleague in which I was picking up. I arrived to pick up the order and noticed a woman with pink hair making the second part of our order. The woman at the register asked if I needed any assistance and I gave her the name of our order. She explained it was being worked on and should be done shortly. I assumed the woman with the pink hair overheard who the order was for because she immediately made eye contact with me and put down my drink which I found a bit odd. She began to work on the orders for the drive-thru and left my drink partially completed on the table. After several minutes of waiting, the woman at the register took notice and finished applying my caramel syrup and handed me my drink. She apologized as she didn’t know what had happened as far as to why my drink stopped being made. As a person of color, this definitely didn’t make me feel good. Considering the vibe experienced there, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

-100 stars for this location. I just came though there an ordered a banana bread matcha. The entire cup is ICE. That’s it about 3 sips of the drink and on top of that the drink was not even made correctly!!! What a waste of money and you guys had no cars in drive thru pathetic. I need a full refund

Deadass all the 1 stars gave me a brain aneurysm. I’d like to say to everyone who is complaining about the doors being locked and so called *running behind* if I was running behind, the smartest thing is to stay in my car go to the drive thru and grab my coffee and go. The amount of entitlement by some of you is crazy to think someone needs to care about your life is wild they are here to make coffee they mess up good they are human. I lost so many IQ points from reading theses 1 stars

The lack of professionalism in this establishment is disgusting. I was in there around 5:30 one evening and got a drink and did some work on my computer and the children behind the counter were absolutely wild. Slamming doors, yelling, speaking inappropriately, and I could keep going on. It was less than enjoyable to say the least. I will not be coming back. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the girl that served me was the only one that was actually doing her job and was very friendly. Kudos to her to have to deal with the immaturity of the other children working there.

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Upon delivery, I found 2 sugar cookies in place of the breakfast sandwich I ordered and a note that said they were out. I would have assumed they would call and ask if I wanted a substitution or simply issue me a refund.

In addition, I also ordered the Falafel wrap and was given a chicken wrap.

Chi lattes , VERY watered down. Went back bought cookies along with the replacement, which was even worse than the first order. Very disappointing. Will never go back . They had an opportunity to correct it our concerns and failed.
