Ok Starbs peeps…. my drink was free poured straight from the steam wand, that lead to a 3/4 full cup. Next, I said I wanted the whip. And, the cinnamon dolce syrup tastes like the pump was I a stronger flavor prior, it’s over taking the cinnamon. Love you guys, but get it together. There are other choices and with boycotts, it can be added to the list. Commuters just want it right. We don’t have time to turn around and get stuff fixed.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks in Rochester. I just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I ordered inside at this location last week and it took just as long. My order is a nitro cold brew every time. The person on the register should pour hot and cold coffee immediately after purchase, just like the old days 10-15 years ago!! I worked in the restaurant industry for a majority of my life. Starbucks needs better organization between in person, drive thru and mobile orders. Not grouping all orders into one big queue.

Ive been coming to this location almost everyday for the last 2 yrs, i work close by and i also live close so even on weekends i was coming, always use the app to order ahead of time and it was always great no delays coffee made perfectly, these past 2 weeks has been terrible i am doing my order 30 min ahead before i leave home and when i get there order its not ready and i still have to wait another 20 min for my order. Worst is when i get to work and i check my coffee its not made right, last 4 orders all in the last 4 days have been bad, first they forgot my pecan syrup, then they gave me a cup with just hot milk and the pecan syrup no coffee, then i ordered a Venti size coffee and when i opened my cup it was half and not full like it has to. So today i ordered a mocha coffee and waited almost 45 min for it and it tasted horrible so bad i had to dump it. 2 yrs coming here and it was my favorite location, not sure whats happening but if you going to take that long to prepare my order the least you can do its make it right, 4 days in a row, not going back. I have to find a new spot for coffee, maybe DD or TH.

I have been coming here for a while. Very disappointed today. I waited in the car line for over 10 minutes. Not one car moved. Cars were leaving the line. I had to go inside to order. There is running around with nothing getting done. I discussed the ussue with the waitress, they had no answer. Amazing. I may have to look for another place to get coffee.

I ordered ahead through the Starbucks app and arrived right at the pickup time listed. When I got there, the worker seemed a bit annoyed and told me the order was still in progress, asking me to pull up and wait. Then they mentioned they didn’t have the $7 sandwich I ordered and replaced it with something cheaper (that was not cooked properly)— without refunding the difference. On top of that, my drink was filled about 80% with ice. For how overpriced everything already is, that really added to the frustration.

Worst Starbucks location in Rochester. Don’t know what it is about this location but it’s always been this way. And it’s so bad, most people know it-including other Baristas. Drinks taste off. God forbid you make a complaint, you’ll either get stoned faced rude Barista or poor attitude like once they took my drink and dramatically poured it out into the sink-I’m talking- holding it up 3 feet in the air as it splattered down into the sink (yeah, that happened-I think she was fired later on) they just seem to put the worst of the worst there-and you know, I feel like there’s good people but, with that type of behavior going on, it’s only going to turn the good into bad. Someone needs to do the obvious, go in there, retrain, fire and most definitely SUPERVISE! Because it’s out of control. Unfortunately I choose to go there from time to time bc I’m in the area-but I don’t know how many times I’ve taken that drink to get remade somewhere else. It isn’t hard to fix, corporate, but you do have to do SOMETHING!

Order two drinks inside, waited over 15 minutes, this includes going up to the counter twice after seeing several individuals coming and going. Somehow our order was list in the shuffle and the dunk my son ordered, want even on the menu or available until sometime in October. The person at the register didn’t even say anything and decided herself to just put in another drink for him. Paying attention to people who are waiting, and ordered there, especially after going up to the counter twice to ensure we didn’t miss our names being called, should be payed attention to. I understand things are busy, but you also should be aware of your surroundings and the customers in front of your face, not just mobile orders and roboting then out. We never go there because I think a few years ago it was the same crappy experience. Lesson learned, Starbucks is off the list forever.

This is our “home” store and a frequent stop after sports practices/games at the high school and local soccer arena. We typically order through the app and pickup is quick and the staff is friendly. The drive thru can get backed up and crazy at times (which is why we use the app). They recently remodeled the store during the pandemic and it looks great. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, ordered 2 drinks one came out after ten minutes the other took over 20 minutes. After telling three different staff members what drink I was waiting for I was finally handed a cup only to find they made the drink wrong with no syrup in it. Don’t waste your time with this location.
