I order a tea drink was given a coffee drink I told drive-in girl after I handed her the cash, se presented the drink I said that’s the wrong color. She said that’s what I ordered I told her I ordered a matcha she gave me a maceota she refused to refund my money talking to the Manager was not an option the corporate people do not care so for me Starbucks is the biggest waste of time and money

Visited this Starbucks every morning when I was here on a work trip in October and the Latte I ordered was great. This time around I found the Latte to be extremely weak. The next day I ordered one with a double shot and that was weak as well. Another one of my colleagues said the same thing. Pretty disappointed.

This was the worst experience ever. This location is busy and I get that, if I could leave negative stars I would. It took them 20 minutes for two coffees…the coffees were not even complicated. One was a simple cold brew. 20 minutes and all
The staff was doing was laughing and talking. I’m glad everyone was happy working together but people have places to be we don’t have time to sit around and listen to staff gossip and Lolligag. Get your stuff done and then talk. Also…the employee was very rude pointing out the 20 minutes. ALSO the cold brew coffee was completely wrong. Didn’t want to say anything in fear it would take another 20 minutes. Worst experience ever and I love Starbucks. Will never come back to this location.

I came here for coffee and had employees / customers agreeing to make an I hate AMERICANS club. When I spoke to the manager about it he laughed. The employee heard me and said to talking to me. Wanted to start yelling back and forth with me. I felt really offended and took it as a hate crime due to the fact I am American and we live in America. I’m in there as an American spending my American dollar to be looked at and treated like hate. Something needs to be done about this. All hand books state no politics within a work place but they’re literally yelling about it across the store and exposing all customers to it as the manager is right there not doing a thing about it

Service at this Starbucks is always very good and the line is usually on the shorter side. However what prompted me to leave this review was an incredible act of kindness. I had to put my dog down and was taking her out for one last fun day beforehand and stopped to get her a pup cup. I told the barista it was her last day so could we have a bigger pup cup. They gave me a big pup cup and gifted me my coffee. I started crying at the window. Thank you so much for your act of kindness. Emmie was thrilled with her treat.
