Order my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino along with 2 other drink via app a head of time. Was slightly disappointed that it took over 15 minutes past the ready time to get my order. Arrived at the designated time and drinks were not ready as indicated. My drink was also not mixed fully and found myself drink mouthfuls of whipped cream. I think they could have done better.

I do like this location, everyone is always so friendly, however I can’t come as often as I’d like due to almost everything on the mobile order menu constantly being out of stock. So disappointing as this is the closest location to me. Every weekend I try to order drinks and they are out of stock. I’m not sure if they have a problem with the app or if there is poor management keeping up with inventory. I hope they can make adjustments to fix this issue.

I come here before work everyday. I can’t exaggerate enough how fast, efficient and great these people are at their job. Just this morning I had the sweetest employee make my day. Their drive thru is just killing it. Thank you so much. My favorite starbucks of all time (and I’ve been to the first one in Seattle.) Keep doing great things. (My drink was too good so I finished it before I took the picture.)

I love starbuck and everything is perfect to me except the drive through and the entrance that we use to enter through Starbuck was too small!! People who are go in and out of Starbuck always mad at each other because “we” clogged their way. Just the normal morning when I try to pick up my order and those two different car are extremely mad at me because I turn to Starbuck entrance! They swear at me supper offensive just because I turn but I did let them go out first they were just stopped in the middle of the entrance so I thought I might drive in and they pissed off. Sometimes I waited at the drive through they even honk at me I was just minding my own business!!! And I’m pretty sure lots of people are in the same situation as me! Please note so it’s not happened like this again.
