The service here is fast and so friendly! I asked for a remediation to try a new coffee and the barista advised me of her favorite and it tasted amazing. Also ordered a cake pop for my 3 year old and they surprised her with a second one in the bag too and it’s all she talked about all day! Made her whole day!

After waiting 30 years as a transplant from Southern California, Starbucks is finally open on Grand Island, NY. A great location with my favorite Starbucks coffee, snacks, friendly staff, and a beautiful indoor and outdoor environment to meet & relax with friends. Now if we could just get Costco and In-N-Out Burgers to come to Buffalo and get open.

I’m consistently impressed with this place. No matter when I stop by, the atmosphere is incredibly positive, and everyone is genuinely nice. The service is always quick; I’ve never had an issue with wait times. Recently, there was a minor mix-up with my drive-thru order where I received the wrong drink. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but they went above and beyond by not only giving me the correct drink but also a gift card. That level of responsiveness and generosity was truly remarkable, and it really solidified my positive opinion.

Братан was very helpful. I had asked her if they were putting gasoline in the coffee but she assured me they were not. I was just wondering because I see the bubbles sometimes and they’re shiny but it still tastes good so honestly I wouldn’t mind if it was gasoline anyway. Will definitely visit again.

This is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to — and I’ve been to a lot. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or completely empty, you’re going to wait 15+ mins. The drive-thru is painfully slow, and to make it worse, they put signs like “No espresso (hot or iced)” AFTER you pull in, so you’re already stuck in. Why not put the sign where people can actually see it before committing to the drive-thru? Makes zero sense and wastes everyone’s time. Terrible planning.

I’ve been enjoying this beautiful new location once a week since it opened. They provide me with nice detail details like an extra hot beverage and other small things that make the experience so much better. The building itself is beautiful. I hate to say that the restrooms need a lot of attention. There is no soap and the floors are sticky and smelly each week. Hope someone can get after that.

We went today and paid using the Starbucks app. Had $25 in credit, and the woman that always calls everyone “sunshine” charged us twice. She said we still owed $3 and some change. (2 drinks is not $28.) She refused to admit that she double charged us, and then made comments about how we don’t “understand how it works.” We pulled up the payment history on the Starbucks app and sure enough, we were charged twice. It took some fighting at the window before she fully refunded us and gave us our drinks for free.
I appreciate the resolution, but own up to your mistakes! Things happen, but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude about it.
