Update: I have been to Starbucks several times since my previous review and I have been pleasantly surprised. The customer service has been great! They are very friendly and helpful in the drive thru. As always my coffee order is always made to order and delicious!
My coffee order is always made correctly and is delicious. Very slow service at this location. I order my coffee on the mobile app and it always takes them much longer than expected for my drink. They have no personality/warmth when you pull up to the window. The food is what you would expect but my sandwich usually lose half their cheese in the bag which doesn’t happen at other locations.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I went there one time in the place was full of boxes, seriously, not even a place to sit. I went there a second time in the fall and it’s absolutely cold inside,in the lower 60s. I give them credit for saving electricity. Don’t go there.

Unfortunately they don’t wear name tags, but the plus size young woman (no offense) who took my order had a condescending and unfriendly attitude.
Not really looking forward to going back.

They seem busy in the drive thru but the dine in is quiet. Staff are not that friendly and courteous. Untypical service for a starbucks. Place is somewhat clean. Spacing with each table is adequate.

I was travelling from out of state and stopped to grab a venti hot tea at the Plattsburgh Starbucks on 359 Cornelia St. Two days later, home in Massachusetts I realized I had left my wallet on the dairy bar. I called the store a few minutes before closing and sure enough Lindsay , the store manager had my wallet, in tact, and was kind enough to take the time to run to the post office and overnight it to me the next day. Lindsay went over and above regular customer service and showed her workers the life lesson the importance of kindness. I am so grateful I landed in Lindsay’s store that day. Barbara M
