i ordered a venti latte around 11:45 today and they gave me a grande and then when i asked her to fix it she put the same drink into a venti cup and added ice but did not fix the drink. sucks when i paid for a venti.

This Starbucks location is consistently good, and I’d say better run than other near by locations. They typically have plenty of seasonal flavors in stock, the drinks are well made, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

On road trip stopped in for drinks. The kids ordered the wrong drinks and were not happy with tatse ( kids being goofy)the ladies quickly created an amazing solution to which they loved! Visited on 6/24 8:30 am great crew, thank you again!

At 7.12 pm on Wednesday April 23 I had the best service anyone can ask for. From the drive thru windows and the lady that works bev 2. I used to work at Starbucks often I’m disappointed from the starbucks in kingston but I was blown lady on bev 2 had made me the best drink I ever had!! A custom peach drink frappe!! I told her to do her thing and she dunked it !!! That drink should be on the menu!!!!Caffeine free they way I enjoy my drinks . Thank you ladies continue putting a smile on everyone’s face I truly needed that. Your kindness will take you far in life!!!! Swear it will thank you!

Placed our order drive through method. Get to the window and it takes 10 minutes to get a grande hot latte and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe. We got the latte first, another few minutes pass and I see the worker with dark hair and glasses BLOW HER NOSE AND NOT WASH HER HANDS. She then hands me the frappe and tells me to have a great night… I’m sorry but do they not know anything about sanitation? I was disgusted, never going again. Biggest $6 wasted. Teach your staff to be cleanly.

I come to this location very often and today will be the last day. The tall woman wearing a blue shirt working the drive thru around 1pm today was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to us from the minute she took our order up until we paid. We expressed our drink wasn’t that good and with a disgusting attitude she said “what’s wrong with it” so we suggested maybe we could simply add a shot of chai and she said that it would be an additional $1.00. We come here 3/4x a week and order the same thing and today it tasted horrible and the customer service made it worse. We won’t be back.

Came here for the BOGO drinks today and got my regular, Two caramel ribbon crunch frappes with Java chips. Any other time I’ve ordered this drink it was sweet and enjoyable, today it was bitter and gross and wasn’t even filled to the top. When I went back up to ask for it to be remade and was told that the Java chips made it bitter which is wrong, because every other time I’ve gotten it it wasn’t bitter and was sweet. This is was a horrible visit which I usually never have here. plus the workers seem rude.
