This is my favorite location in the area! It’s right on my way to work and perfect for a coffee addict like myself. I put 4 stars for service only because when my boyfriend picked up a mobile order for me, they forgot to give him the food with the drink, but mistakes happen.
I think this location has had bad luck a few times that may have contributed towards negative reviews. For example, one time I ordered ahead and when arrived only the drive through was open and the line was very long. When I finally got to the window I learned that their ticket machine wasn’t printing so they weren’t able to make drinks ahead of time, half the regular staff was out sick, and this was they day they were training all new employees. When I told the employee at the window that he was doing great he looked so relieved that I was understanding so I imagine other customers hadn’t been. That would out burn anyone out.
Normally, their customer service is great- I came in one time before work, having ordered ahead 15 minutes before and my drink wasn’t ready. I was going to be late for work and when I started to leave one of the employees called out and asked my what was wrong. When I told her I was going to be late to work she quickly made my drink despite how backed up they were. She wasn’t rude about it either, just going to extra mile to be nice.
I’ve worked in customer service before and I’d say give any service employee the benefit of the doubt when they are incredibly busy. Services like Uber Eats are a nightmare for coffee shops and will back them up so much.

My boyfriend order me a drink y’all said 20 minutes. It’s a 12 minute drive from my house, but somehow it was 40 minutes late. Y’all changed the time again to an hour later when there was barely anyone in the store I hate this place. I hate the service. It doesn’t take over an hour to get a mango dragon fruit refresher. I hope y’all get bought out.

I never have had a positive customer service experience at this location. No matter what time I go the employees are consistently unfriendly. Today they forgot to add cold foam to my drink and I was apologizing for inconveniencing them. That’s literally how they can make you feel. That you have to apologize to them.

Ordered 4 drinks in the store, very simple straight forward. 1 kids hot chocolate, 1 tall caramel brûlée latte, 1 tall double caramel macchiato, and 1 grande pike place with cream. Repeated twice. The hot coco was the only thing correct.

Miserable! NEVER in all my trips to this location have I been spoken to like the person who just took my drive thru order spoke to me. She has no business speaking to people and should find a new job. The order was pretty simple, nothing special just an extra shot of espresso. Everyone else was pleasant even though they have terrible coworker.

Officially my new study spot. Great staff. They’re always finding time to keep the place clean and orderly. Though busy, you’re always guaranteed a place to sit and get work done. The drinks are great too. Definitely recommend!
