Three straight days I ordered identical drink Blackberry Sage Lemonade and three straight days it’s not been made correctly. Trenta, light ice (came regular ice) extra lemonade and it had NO blackberries!!! There are 4 Starbucks between my house and my office… this one is closest to house. The one closest to office NEVER gets it wrong. I’ll not be stopping at this location again. It’s not rocket science it’s a cold beverage.

Imagine paying $6.25 for a large pumpkin spice latte and it’s barely 3/4th filled and when you call for a refund and to complain they tell you they can’t do it over the phone, and when you ask for a manager, there none on duty? Impossible because I work in the food bussiness. Thanks Starbucks you guys are just great! Especially Emily! The shift lead that was no help and told me to go to ANOTHER Starbucks and they’ll give me the same drink for free because they messed up? Never heard of such thing and I’m not gonna waste more gas and money.

Ordered breakfast through Door Dash for my kids and they didn’t seal the bag. When I called they told me that sometimes they seal the entire bag, sometimes they don’t, then basically hung up. Not comfortable eating from an open bag. Think establishments handling people’s food should feel the same.

We live in the area and frequent this Starbucks often- Ed is the best and always makes our morning, even knows our dog and offers him a pup cup! We appreciate this and choose this Starbucks more often thanks to Ed’s friendly and fast service and quality of food and drink!

Worker at the drive through literally arguing with me telling me the drink I ordered (dragon fruit) was the only way it came. NOPE. She was so disgustingly rude. It comes in three way, coconut milk was NOT how I ordered. So of course had to go to another Starbucks to order. This location had the absolute rudest workers! And always has.

Nice big Starbucks with the tiniest parking lot lol This location was mobbed as a Starbucks normally is. There was a lot of seating available, but pick-ups and walk-in orders were kind of backed up. They seemed well understaffed for the volume of business. Everything came out as expected but I would definitely recommend ordering ahead.
