Ive given this location a few chances now but the service just remains consistently slow. I was the only car in the drive-through it still waited over 15 minutes for one latte after the barista was struggling to take the order. Management needs to do a better service to their staff and train them a little bit better if you’re gonna open up a new location in this area, you need to make sure that you have trained staff on hand that can guide them. Hopefully they pick up

SERIOUS TURNAROUND!!!!!!!!!! Usually, I would be waiting 20 Minutes in the drive-thru, HOWEVER I had such a wonderful experience at this location THIS WEEK!! There is no wait in the drive-through. The baristas had me in and out. One barista or manager in particular, not sure, I believe her name is Gianna was so kind and sweet. She’s so down to earth and we had a full conversation about my day in the plans My wife had for the day. Usually the line is wrapped around the building. But on the days that she’s working and I’ve been coming, she’s had us in and out. I didn’t even really wait three minutes! The place looks overall fun and everyone seems to be happy. At one point there was a Barista Val who came up and said hi cause I brought my dog with me. The girl in the window with her was also very sweet. Think her name was Faith. But I would seriously recommend giving this place a second chance!!!!!!

I can see the potential in this brand-new store, and I know opening days can come with challenges. The team was clearly doing their best during a very busy rush, and while there were some delays in the drive-thru, I appreciated their effort to correct my order and help as much as they could.
The staff remained polite despite system issues and a high volume of customers, which says a lot. I’m confident that with a bit more time, staffing, and management support, this location will run much more smoothly. I visit Starbucks daily and plan to give this store another chance once everything is fully up and running. I look forward to seeing how they improve and grow. ☕️

I understand it’s a new location, but they should have it together by now. Every order I’ve placed is either made completely wrong or missing half the items. The staff all seem very polite but they just can’t get it right.

This is a brand new location. The employees are great, but unfortunately, I ordered two drinks. They didn’t even know what I was talking about and they made the drink I wanted the shaken apple espresso, but instead of espresso I wanted chai tea with cold foam on top and I’m drink Starbucks everdayy so I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like and taste like I used to order the drink all the time before they brought it back. They gave it to me. It tasted like straight sugar. It’s not the employee’s fault it’s whoever is in charge you need to train your employees. This is not OK to open a new location and have untrained

I’ve been to this location a few times now since it’s opened. It’s very nice inside. I haven’t had much issue with the wait times but today I did I was waiting around half an hour for one drink. Definitely not favorable but the staff here look as if they work extremely hard. They’re all fairly young too some could even be high schoolers. Everyone has been very friendly which can be hard considering the demanding nature of food service jobs. Although I think some more training is needed, especially with prioritizing in person orders before mobile orders, I don’t believe insulting the staff’s abilities or getting angry is the way to correct this as is reflected in some of these reviews. Especially with the entitled individuals that live near this location. If you don’t have time to potentially wait then don’t go to Starbucks. Or use the mobile app and place in advance. Issues will correct with time.
