I rarely ever review places, but this is just absurd. I sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and when I got to the window it took almost a full 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Then when someone finally came to give me my coffee (another 3-5 minutes later) they gave me the wrong order. My coffee hadn’t even begun to be made. It took me over 30 minutes all together to get my coffee. I will never come to this location again. I’m paying an arm and a leg for coffee the least they can do is hire competent workers.

This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever been to. It took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate and cake pop and I had to re ask for my cake pop inside when it was slow. There is no organization with the lines of order pick ups, regular ordering, etc. also the tables were not cleaned and not enough seating for more then 2 people beside one long table.

I went into this Starbucks the other day to study, but they were blasting literal club music. I actually like club music, but there’s a time and place for it and it’s definitely not when people are trying to get work done. I couldn’t focus at all and ended up having to leave. Also, whenever I ask for light ice, they somehow give me extra ice. It’s like they don’t even listen, which is super frustrating when I’m paying eight dollars for a drink. On top of that, the staff always seems rude and like they clearly don’t want to be there. If you don’t want to work there, then don’t because it really shows in the service.

I placed an order on DoorDash for a grande iced hazelnut shaken espresso. They had my dasher waiting over 15 minutes for my drink and it wasn’t even filled up all the way!!!!!! I’ve ordered this drink from countless other Starbucks and never had this issue before. Go to any other location for your moneys worth… their coffee is expensive enough the LEAST they can do is give you the full drink that you payed for.

5 stars a majority in part thanks to Eryn. The guy is awesome super friendly and a kind hearted individual. He gets my order and my fiancés correct every time literally never fails. Not to mention he always displays service with a positive attitude. If you want to make sure your drink is not only made correctly but have a positive experience come whenever Eryn is there. It can get very busy but this guy is literally the epitome of what the Starbucks barista standard should be. Nothing short of Greatness as an employee and as a human being. Thank you Eryn for always being yourself and displaying great service

Diana the barista was extremely rude and inappropriate. I ordered a drink on the app maybe 5 mins before I had arrive when I get there she says “it’s gunna take awhile. Please order more ahead of time.” Like huh? Mind you empty drive thru and I was not even in a rush. When she came to the window she stated “Next time don’t just order on the app 2 mins before coming to the drive thru.” Like it wasn’t 2 minutes? Never had an issue in any other SB? If you don’t like your job don’t take out on me. I was not in a rush or even being rude.High disappointment in this location. This was 08/24 at 12pm. Please do better.

I got a strawberry açai taste like water asked for light ice. There was a ton of ice in it and I ordered it on my mobile app and it took forever to make and they were so casual about being behind and other people were standing around. it wasn’t like they were rushing to help the customers. It was a horrible service.
