Every time I come here someone’s either rude or doesn’t know what they’re doing and there’s no line which means everyone else probably feels the same way that I do. I don’t know how this location has four stars. If I could give it no stars or negative stars I would.

** I started to — and the barista have me a look to kill — i..e., I dare you to say something. I was with my son or I would have asked him what his problem is. He I am sure knew full well -he made it all wrong, and I suspect others at the location have reported similar so there’s likely a pattern . An offer to redo a drink is is great for PR on the web — if the barista is even the least bit gracious about it **
** Buyer beware – the barista well – does his own thing.. think frappe watery – foam liquid but poured on top anyway –

I like this starbucks i go here every sunday and it is awesome! the place is a little messy but it’s not too bad. some workers are cranky but i understand because im not a morning person either overall i love this place and the food is beyond great!

I’m updating my review of this place based on my experience there today.
In the past I have complained that they play it fast and loose with your order here and sometimes your drink gets made wrong – but today, my opinion was changed thanks to a really awesome barista who just made my day by being so kind to me.
Definitely go here and enjoy being in a nice, clean Starbucks, with a staff that cares.

I just left this establishment the person in front of me ordered 2 lattes, and I ordered 1 singular drink and I sat on the drive thru line for about 15-20 minutes before leaving due to being in a rush, overall was unsatisfied with the service and the time wasted

So now we give out half cups of venti? Some days it’s full some days it isn’t but I spend the same price every time…… and beyond annoyed with the customer service there’s a girl with brown hair and always has a disgusting attitude at the drive thru and she’s another reason why I won’t be returning to this Location besides the fact that I never get a full cup which pay for everytime.

Ordered a customized white chocolate mocha with extra caramel drizzle that I paid extra for and came with no caramel drizzle. Curbside pickup took forever so had to go in to pick up the drink. Drink was not made well too.
