First time visiting this place; it’s new and only 3 minutes from my dad’s house, and of course, I came with the best company to enjoy breakfast with my dad. The place is very clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. Thank you so much for the excellent service

I usually don’t write reviews or make complaints, but I am very disappointed in my experience yesterday. Here’s a little bit about what happened: I was first in line at the Starbucks in Islandia, NY at 3:45 AM on Nov 6th, waiting for the bear cup. As the employees were setting up, I saw them hold up a bear cup. All of a sudden this girl joins the line and I could tell she knew a worker inside. The girl mouthed to the worker to save her a bear. Next thing I know the girl is walking around back, likely to be getting the cup. I come in, again FIRST person & the worker says we never got a shipment. I saw the bear in their hands before the doors opened & I was told employees could not put things aside. I am very upset because I waited in line & as the first person, I definitely should’ve gotten one. I understand there was a limited supply, but the store did not put out any to customers. Instead, they gave the one they had away to someone who arrived after me. I’m very disappointed.

This Starbucks is a great spot to relax and recharge! The baristas are friendly and always get the drinks just right. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for meeting friends or getting some work done. Consistently great coffee and excellent service every time!

Starbucks is a high paced, high volume job. I don’t want to take away from those who go in and bust their behinds, because they dont get enough THANKS. However, this location has always been a problem. It was renovated a few years ago, and the problems persisted. Always a very long wait , orders not correct (milk substitutes), burnt food etc.

2nd time making a review. Ur ice portions are a joke. How is someone gonna ask for less ice and half the cup has ice. This place is a joke and the response are a joke too. Idk what happened but there is sprinkled matcha on the top and stuck to the sides and idk if the person who made this knows but you can’t do that because it turns into bitter goo that sticks to your mouth. Have you heard of tea? Do you crush up leaves and use it as a garnish? Am i living pre-song dynasty? Tbh im hysterically laughing rn. But apparently a strict dress code is more important than knowing what green tea is

It’s a typical Starbucks. Clean, friendly staff that says hello in the 30 seconds you step inside to get a coffee to go. The coffee was good, both hot and iced. If I’m out east, this place is perfect off 495 for a quick stop.
