The barista responded by saying, “I’m not going to fill the cup,” which came off as unprofessional and a bit rude. I understand store policies, but there’s a better way to communicate with customers. It’s not just about the drink—it’s about the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks location. Today, I received my mobile order with a good portion of it empty, as you can see in the photos. Please note that I have not taken a sip from this drink (as you can see the lid is clean and it has not been shaken up). This Starbucks has been very inconsistent with the quality of their drinks but I keep trying to give them chance after chance since it’s conveniently located near my job. I would rather drive the extra 5min to the other location on 110.

You can get good espresso or cappuccino almost anywhere in the world where there is a Starbucks. Also a place where you can relax and get reminded of home, even when you are halfway around the world

Got a chia latte and a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich which were both fantastic. Great service, very friendly and quick! Great atmosphere to sit and relax. Negatives: it is cold, it being winter I would like to come into somewhere a little warmer to cozy up and enjoy my coffee rather than having to keep my coat on. Parking is limited, so finding a spot might prove challenging.

What a treat! I wish I had asked her name, but my service was above and beyond! Super smile with great eye contact (rare these days!) So refreshing in this busy world. Cold Americano with my Sugar warm devolved, well done! Nice warm banana Nut bread warmed. Happy place to chill and relax! I’ll be back to to findout her name!
