Birthday drink saved!
I went to a different Starbucks earlier and my drink was totally wrong with extra ingredients, not what I asked for. I had already driven off and didn’t have time to go back. I stopped by this Starbucks hoping they could help and they really came through for me.
They remade the drink exactly how I wanted it, no hesitation, and it was PERFECT. Honestly made my day. Huge shoutout to the staff. sSuper kind, fast, and they didn’t make me feel bad about coming in with an issue from another location.

I have been a regular customer of Starbucks for quite some time, often enjoying their Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. However, my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed. Instead of the rich and flavorful drink I’ve come to expect, I was greeted with a cup filled to the brim with ice cubes. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was informed that this is the standard serving method at Starbucks. This experience left me questioning whether this is indeed the case across all Starbucks locations.
While I appreciate consistency in service, this deviation from the usual presentation of the beverage greatly impacted my enjoyment. I believe that customers should be able to rely on a certain level of quality and consistency regardless of the location they visit. I hope that Starbucks takes this feedback into consideration and ensures that their standards are upheld uniformly across all their outlets.
Overall, while I continue to appreciate Starbucks for their diverse menu and convenient locations, this particular experience has left me hesitant to revisit until I can be assured of a more consistent serving standard.

You know you’re in bad shape when you need to charge for hot water. Needed it for my daughter’s bottle to warm up her milk. Mind you we bought coffee 15 min before. Shame on this store, truly pathetic and disgusting.

Very rude! Very rare from Starbucks! Was already at ordering counter. A person walked in from the outside – way after I was standing right there at the and the Starbucks employee took her order before mine. It turns out they knew each other from school, so apparently that excused the rudeness. The other 3 Starbucks employees remained in the back. After two minutes of watching the rude dark hair in ponytail employee go and fetch a sandwich from the case and heat it up, while I’m waiting behind this girl, I left. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen anything other than professionalism from Starbucks. And I frequent many Starbucks a few times every week.

I have been to Starbucks twice this year and the first time the person asked me if I wanted my change. I said “ of course!!” The second time a different cashier said “here’s your change if you need it. “ I said that “its my money and of course I want it!” Is chiseling the customer an official policy or just an attempt by workers to obtain a living wage?
