I don’t usually leave reviews ever but the manager of this store is a horror of a woman.
I was ordering an egg sandwich as asked for a hot sauce, she rudely said said she didn’t have it, when I asked if the display cabinet one was available she rudely said “ I’m letting you know we don’t have it”
I then gave an attitude straight back. She preceded to talk to her staff in ears length about me saying “ if that was my husband I would be embarrassed”
Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to that store.

I guess shaking drinks isn’t part of prepping pink drinks anymore. I’d understand if it was a busy location… it’s not… I’ve worked in busy locations in the city and never handed out a drink like this. The lack of attention when I ordered was horrible the girl at the register was checking her pay stubs while i gave her my order. I don’t ever really give bad reviews but since it was my little sisters drink I felt like i needed to.

Right by the Farmingdale LIRR. Great customer service. Great drinks and food/snack options. Fast baristas. It’s usually not too busy in the 7:00am hour.

Feels more like a generic coffee shop than a Starbucks. No Wifi. Mobile pay is almost always down. Coffee tastes burnt. Only good for staying in out of the cold in the winter months waiting for LIRR train.

Great place to get your coffee as soon as you get off the LIRR at Farmingdale. Live music on Friday was great!
Now they have vegan veggie bowls.

Usually don’t support Starbucks due to everything happening. But the times I have went in, absolutely amazing service. Quick. easy. Virtually no line. Service with a smile. And good Java. Definitely recommend a stop to this location

When purchasing two water bottles the young lady was rude and gave off a very off-putting vibe. The purchase was finicky but she seemed impatient and even irritated with me with such a small and simple transaction. I’d rather not be judged just trying to get my coffee or whatever else at a cafe. That type of demeanor is very bad for business, as I don’t want to go back to be treated like that again. Overall the Starbucks is nice since and is in a nice location.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The inside is nice but the service is not. Some of the people who work there are nice but they just can’t seem to ever get a drink right, even the ones that are made to order (no ups and extras or add on’s). It’s convenient to where I live because I can walk but honestly after this last time of them getting my order wrong again and just forgetting ingredients in the drink, I’d rather spend the time and drive over to a different Starbucks. I don’t know who manages this Starbucks but it’s inefficient and not well stocked.
Update: take a look at the response by the “Starbucks owner”. Clearly they didn’t even read anything that was written in this review because nothing was mentioned about waiting any period of time.
