I then asked for a customization of latte. She looked annoyed and said it could be done. I asked if she was sure because I used to do it all the time. She again looked annoyed and said I just can’t. I always used to come here. But this service is unacceptable. Two competitors in the neighborhood now. If this is the treatment I’ll go elsewhere. This was WELL beyond someone having a bad day. And then they were out of eggnog. That I completely understand. It happens.
This is one of my favorite places to meet clients or friends when we don’t have time for lunch or dinner.
