I went to the larkfield east northport starbucks store this afternoon and got a tea and WOWZA it was the best tea i have ever had! It was made with sheer perfection. I grabbed a bite as well and I was blown away how tasty the food is there and the staff was the friendliest staff. The manager was so helpful and so kind. The store was immaculate as far as cleanliness and this is now my new favorite starbucks location. The staff at the larkfield location was so friendly unlike other locations who’s workers are slow cranky and not so knowledgeable.. but the staff here clearly knows there stuff!
And the manager was just so sweetest gentleman answering all my questions, he definitely knew his store. Thanks for making my order quickly, and to perfection as well as being so kind to me today!!

One of the worst locations on Long Island. Rude, slow, unorganized staff. Counter was a mess. Zero cleaning observed on multiple trips. The health inspector needs to come out here. Coffee was not filled to the top. AVOID!

Using the Contact Us page it takes 30+ minutes to put through a complaint about a non-starbucks-card visit on their help line
Update: Week of 12/21/25: I ordered twice from this store this week and each time I ordered a bacon wrap and they were out, the store provided a $4 in-store-only coupon and no communication with DoorDash to ask for substitutions. Today they included a note which was helpful when putting a claim into DoorDash.
Both times I ordered two venti coffees and each time one of the lids were not secured correctly due to the lip on the cup being flat or irregular. The in-store-only cards were soaked through with unrecognizable numbers and a good portion of the cup was missing.
6/7/25 11am-12pm: Ordered through Doordash, and someone picked up my order accidentally.
For over an hour Doordash sent 5 dashers in succession to try and pick up the order but each time they were told someone picked up the order and there was nothing they could do. When Doordash tried to reach this Starbucks the phone was busy, no one picked up, or they were disconnected according to the Doordash rep I spoke to.
I cannot fathom how 5 different dashers came to pick up a single order, were told someone already picked it up, and there was nothing that could be done.
Doordash already refunded me for this but after my suboptimal previous in-store experience I’ll choose any other Starbucks in the area.

This store does not follow business hours. Whoever runs this store needs a reality check of how to run a franchise. Hey Starbucks headquarters not sure if you noticed all of the 1 star reviews coming this store, but maybe it’s time to send a district manager to this store.

The best and most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everybody is friendly, especially Karen. My drink is always correct—given that they have like 5000 customization options. Which is awesome. Couldn’t be more satisfied with an establishment than I am with this one. You can’t miss either—no matter what time of day or night.. every supervisor is locked-in.

This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. The first time I ordered a sandwich, there was barely anything on it . It was all bread and a spot of what the food was supposed to be. I haven’t gone back till yesterday, this time my granddaughters drink was all ice and tasted like water. Her sandwich was falling out of the bread it was on. I’m not wasting my money here anymore.

Staff is very attentive and my order was placed in easy 2 minutes and beverage in 1, or 2 minutes thank you !!! Would highly recommend this crew
