Horrible experience. Purchased a flat white coffee then was told that there was no brown sugar and the Manager, who claimed her name was “Samantha” said it’s no big deal. Just wait a few days and we will get you your brown sugar. Asked for a refund and was denied a refund by the other manager called “Nick”. Also, no napkins available for their customers. This place is a joke! Won’t be coming back here again.

Went through the drive thru to pick up my drink today after ordering on the app. The lady at the speaker was very rude and gave an attitude claiming “you only ordered a minute ago when the app says 5-8 minutes but you can still pull up”. Mind you I normally order on my way there and it’s never been a problem of how long ago I ordered. There was also no one in line behind me. Just one person in front of me. They weren’t busy at all. Parking lot empty too. She handed me my drink and didn’t even say anything like “have a nice day”. Never seen this girl before either. Think she may be new bc I typically go to this one. It was a very unusual interaction that didn’t need to be so heated and I don’t appreciate the unnecessary attitude I was given simply because I ordered “one minute ago”. What difference would it make if I ordered it at the speaker…

The woman who took our order was very rude and short tempered. As soon as we pulled up to the window she had already had an attitude and was unnecessarily rude. We didn’t even get a chance to speak yet. She claimed that we had ordered our drinks only a minute before pulling up to the drive thru and continued to inform us that we should give them 5-10 more minutes to prepare our order. I would have had no problem with waiting for our order if it wasn’t ready but being rude and making a customer uncomfortable is not the correct way to handle things. Then when pulling up to the window she handed me the drinks without saying a word and slammed the window closed. We have had no bad experiences in the past with this location, and hopefully we won’t have anymore. Highly unappreciated and unprofessional.

Sara the store manager has a great staff like GiGi, Michelle, Ashes, Ashley, Nick, Pete, Grey, Jen, Jess, Nina, Natasha and many more! I visit Starbucks almost every day, but the service I received from Frank today was on another level! I decided to try something new—a Grande Iced Crème Brûlée Latte—but there was a mix-up and it originally came out hot. Without a second of hesitation, Frank fixed it for me and remade the drink perfectly. I also added a croissant to my order and told him he didn’t need to warm it up, but he went the extra mile and did it anyway. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind. Because of Frank, this is now my go-to location. Five stars for Frank!

This starbucks is phenomenal. I have been here many times in the past several months, they always get my drink right and they do it with a smile. It has become my preferred starbucks. It’s the only starbucks that knows what “no foam and no room” means, filling it to the top every time! The staff on every shift is happy, friendly, and courteous. They work well together and help each other prepare orders in a consistent and dependable way. They are ALWAYS positive. They are very knowledgeable and know what to recommend depending on your mood.
The store is always clean and neat with plenty of room to set up an office or school table.
Parking is better than most starbucks locations and affords room to pull in and out of spaces closest to the entrance even when customers are lined up in the drive-thru. There is additional parking in the lot for the other stores if you prefer to walk from the parking lot.
There are two doors to enter from each side of the store for your convenience.
The location makes it very easy to grab a drink and treat and keep going about your day.

The Starbucks in East Islip is an amazing place. With a super friendly staff. I am welcomed every morning by first name and they know my order before I get to the register. I visit here daily and it is an amazing way to start by busy day. I highly recommend this spot and give great credit to the superior service and staff.

Beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices. Great place to get work done. And for when you’re really on the go, the drive thru is super convenient.
