terrible. actually horrifying. i love starbucks… but i went last night and they completely ruined my drink. first off, there were out in almost everything.. i get it, we went late. however, they added almost triple amount of matcha into my matcha latte and it was like a slurry. customer service was terrible too. they were laughing and joking amongst themselves ignoring us waiting for our drink.

The younger girls there were actually really nice and took my order exactly right!! And i ordered 6 drinks and food…the only issue i had was with what seemed to be the supervisor..she was so rude to the workers thereshe kept talking down to them..I felt she was being a bit biased because they were Spanish and she was not..maybe not sure but when I came back to my car with my drinks I saw her just hanging outside for a long time talking to someone while the girls were in the store working..she was out there for a good while..

I’m a real estate agent & I travel A LOT! I’ve been to so many Starbucks & when I tell you this is the worst one I’ve been too! Wow the wait is ridiculous the coffee always seems watered down, sweet foam isn’t the same the “extra caramel” isn’t really extra or even just regular caramel lol I will wait for hours to go to another Starbucks then to go here. I just went since I was in a rush & guess what? Lol I was there for 15min waiting on the drive thru like with 2 cars in front of me & now I waited 15min for a watered down drink. I’m so livid!

Love this location the people who work here are always friendly, been going to this location for about 4 yrs. I always grab a drink before getting on the 495 expwy. The store is always clean, the bathroom as well. There’s never food or trash on the floor as I sat to do some homework in there.
