I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 16 years and never had a problem until they moved and hired this “manager” Alex who was smug, derogatory and even insulting to my face and on the phone. I asked him if I could get his real manager’s name and he said, “I’m the manager” which is implausible. He just doesn’t want to get fired for disparaging a 16-year loyal customer. I loved the old staff. These guys, mostly Alex, won’t even tell you if they’re open or not and they always hang-up on me. If I weren’t disabled (I’m a veteran with a device implanted in my left ventricle) I’d walk somewhere else. I’m asking for the legitimate manager of the store, the one to whom Alex reports, come forward and talk to him please. It’s not pleasant being harassed by the child-like employee who thinks he owns the franchise. Again to the real manager, could you at least talk to Alex so I can just buy my coffee and go? And you should know he believes he’s the manager or director of that particular location in name and in reality. Thank you.

So much better than the old location they moved from next door. Feels more welcoming, cozy and spacious. New drive thru layout also really helps with the traffic problem them used to deal with. Overall it’s a much better experience than it was previously.

The employees are so rude and arrogant! They are so snotty and not friendly at all. They take forever to make the drinks. I waited 30 minutes just for a refresher and no one was in the store. When the old location was open the customer service was amazing! My drink had cold foam on the outside and I asked the girl for a napkin and she rudely asked for my drink back to wipe it off. She was incredibly arrogant. When I said thanks she was like yeah sure! This is my 3rd time going there since it opened and every single time interactions are awful.

Was automatically charged a $5 gratuity on a $9.20 tab. Never consulted, never asked. I didn’t even realize until I got home. How do you justify a more than 50% tip when the ‘service’ is literally just someone handing a bag out the window. They weren’t even nice or friendly. Just average. This is borderline criminal

Every time I go to this location I’m greeted by snotty employees barely making an attempt at service… then to boot, they don’t even serve a full cup of coffee.
The photo is a grande white chocolate mocha, no whip cream…. Absolutely disgraceful.
I’ve left one other 1 star review in my lifetime and have contemplated this over months but today’s service was the worst of it all. Corporate should step in and address this lackluster location, specifically their poor management and and over all crumby service

Do not get your coffee here. You’re better off at Dunkin’ Donuts. Me and my wife tried getting coffee here handfuls of times between both of us and they screw up simple orders every time. The children who work here also have lousy attitudes. They mop and put all of the chairs ontop of the tables 2-3 hours before they close, so why not just close the entire inside of the store 2-3 hours earlier then? They need to hire at least one responsible adult to babysit these children at any given time.
