I go to this Starbucks location at least 2 days a week and every visit is fantastic. Although crowds can often be very populated, they finish my drink within 2 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is my favorite Starbucks location in Long Island, and I wish every Starbucks had service like this!

What a terrible Starbucks. Workers are all super slow. The one worker that stood out was one named Steven but not for his fast or outstanding work but how extremely slow and clueless he was . I ordered a basic drink and he didn’t even know what to do or what I was talking about, took forever to actually place my order because of him. Then he had to ask everyone else on how to make the drink which is hilarious since he’s been here for 3 or more months now since I see him on previous times I’ve came in. Drink tasted nothing like what I ordered so I threw it out in front of him. Honestly if you’re gonna hire just anyone that lacks skills at least hire someone that’s faster and knows what they’re doing.

Always good coffee from the baristas who work here. However, the tanned skin lady with the red hair think her name tag said Mya or something similar had such a miserable attitude when she handed me my drinks. Literally she didn’t take my order, and wasn’t making the drinks, she was just waiting for the drinks to be made to hand them to me so what is she so mad about ? Definitely shouldn’t be customer facing if you hate dealing with people, especially polite people who are loyal to your place of work. Good coffee though! lol

WORST PLACE EVER!! Whether there’s a drive thru line around the building or the ONLY car, the wait time is intolerable. Our friends and family drive 15 mins to a Starbucks in another town to avoid this one. When will the management step up? I see the same exact response to every bad review on this platform. We don’t care either Starbucks!

This place has gotten Awful … I’ ve been coming here for years and the last year or two have been far worse than the past . They are crowded which I understand, but compared to every other local starbucks, way behind. They recognize people and still have piles of orders and make regular customers wait excessive times, they also have a worker just sitting on the ipad while she’s able to make drinks. It’s gotten too slow here and it’s unbearable. That’s not even accounting for the drinks being wrong which happens 1 out of 5 times for me on a simple order of iced coffee. please please please do something to improve this !!

super sweet super nice and chill in here the employees are singing together and it looks so sweet and nice i had to wait for a while for my friend and no questions asked they j treated me super kindly and it’s freezing out and i got an iced drink and when i went to order a new one i was told i didint have to worry about paying i still did anyway bc of fairness but overall amazing customer service!

I definitely don’t like much starbucks food . Environment is good but bathroom was disgusting but it was nice place to stay and drink your coffee.

Updated: service is good but bathroom I don’t know if I can call it dirty as how it looks but how it smell. I am not even sure than coming to this restroom to wash hands will make my hands clean afterwards. There is a stinky smell impregnated in the bath room. I recommend you to go another bathroom before coming here or wait until you leave this place and go to your home for a restroom. That bad is

Great little starbucks location. Feels like a secret spot because it’s just off the turnpike and really isn’t noticeable from there. Always clean. Bathrooms are clean also. Staff is always courteous. It would be a 5 star spot if it were just a little bigger

$7 for a drink that is 90% ice??? Is this what we’re accepting as normal nowadays? Scam and complete rip off. Always get my coffee from dunkin and took a risk today by getting starbucks and I now remember why I don’t order from here anymore.

Besides that, I will admit that anytime I’ve ever went to this starbucks in particular, the workers are always extremely kind and have good vibes. And for that and that alone, I will give an extra star.

Will not be spending my money here. Foolish move on my part! Do better Starbucks of Bethpage — and Starbucks as an entirety for that matter.

With my appreciation I say thank you to Xavier the manager. Xavier resolved my dilemma of my $50.00 gift card, successfully loaded to my app, I didn’t save the receipt and at first purchase it showed a zero balance. The card was purchased using cash. I called the number in the back of the card to confirm the $50.00 was loaded AND showed a zero balance. A glitch? Who knows.
Xavier in his good will honored the $50.00 to my card. I was so grateful that I in turn used the gift card only at this location. Well except once where I purchased a coffee at a different location.The moral of my story is to of course save the gift card receipt even after loading it to the Starbucks app but especially for the first use of the card.
I am grateful at Xavier’s resolve. It was a large sum of money too. Xavier was very professional toward my customer interaction .
