I have ordered the same Starbucks drink for years. A blonde vanilla latte. I’ve gotten it hot and iced, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste both ways. I visited this location for the second time recently on my way to work and ordered it hot, and it was genuinely the worst drink I’ve ever had. It tasted like foamy water and had no flavor at all. Unfortunately both times I’ve been to this location I’ve had issues with my order. Management should seriously consider retraining the staff. I won’t be returning to this location.

First off the drive through takes forever, the line is always so long. Second, they literally give a full cup of ice with barely any coffee. This location isn’t good. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

food is okay but i went today and they didnt give me my white hot chocolate the way i asked for and i said it 3 times, the guy there was rude and looked like he didnt give a damn, i asked for 2 bagel with cream cheese and didnt get any cream cheese. went to a different starbucks instead to get my white hot chocolate the way i wanted and to get the cream cheese that this location couldnt provide. train your employees to actually care about their customers (i work in fast food too its not that hard to try to give a damn and understand the customers needs) also the website says they close at 9:30 and i went there at 8:00 and they said they were closed?? maybe someone should change the schedules so other people dont waste their time.

Lovely, helpful baristas. But the wait was long. And they didn’t have two of the drinks we asked for. However they comped us a $4 gift card for the inconvenience…so that was very nice.

I’m not one to complain. But, today I had order a single drink at this location by app. Got to the location and waited as everyone that came in after me and ordered at the register received their drinks before me. I know that it can get busy and they might be understaffed but know one bothered to ask me what I was waiting for. When someone I was with did say something they looked for the sticker. Apparently they made the drink, but no one said anything. Then someone else I was with said something and they employees rolled eyes and pointed down at a drink that was hot. When we said the cold was the employee argued with us saying no it was hot. It was hot. That’s what you ordered. I double checked our app and we ordered a cold drink. The fact that I left with just a four dollar gift card and no drink is completely unacceptable.

If I could give this location 0 stars well I guess I can. It is located across from the LIRR but only drive through is available. I assume it is because the owner is too stingy to hire staff but weird that a coffee shop across from a commuter train is closed to commuters.

I ordered my drink ahead on the app. When I arrived at the drive thru, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Each car must have waited at lease 7-8 minutes each to place and receive their order. I don’t have any idea what was happening, but overall I waited 20, yes 20 minutes to get to the window to get my drink. This happens alot at this particular location for some reason. When I got to the window, the guy was extremely nice, but absolutely no apology or explanation of what took so long. The location was Sunrise Highway in Bellmore, NY

Wait time is 20 minutes for matcha latte.
No one asked the name when took an order.
Then no one knows what is whose.
While waiting for 20 minutes you can’t sit there.
Every single table is dirty like a pig house.
All staff is moving so slow. They need to drink their coffee themselves first to wake them up.
The layout of all machines is too far away from each other which takes staff to waste so much time moving from one to another.
Can’t communicate with the customers. Saying it’s my fault I didn’t mention my name .
Asked refund. They said you only can have store credit. I Paid cash. Afterwords had to raise my voice on Saturday beautiful morning and wake everyone up there. Got my refund back right away. They probably awake now.
The most ridiculous irresponsible people working here. I’m sorry to say so.

The dirtiest Starbucks you’ll ever find. The tables are always filthy. When I asked the barista, “The tables are so dirty, how are we supposed to sit?” their professional response was just: “Ok.” Clearly, customer satisfaction is their top priority.

A new Starbucks very clean however sometimes the staff gets overwhelmed here when it gets super busy. The drive through has become a nuisance. I’m not sure they can handle it.
