I come here at least once a week, and the drive-through line is always packed and backed out. The wait time is incredibly long, at least 15 minutes, even if you placed a mobile order before. Very disappointing this has been going on for months.

If you want a hostile and aggressive environment please feel free to come here, the manager Carly is rude, and has zero customer service. I don’t even know how she was qualified to become a manager? Starbucks hires whoever now & days. They want to charge you for something you already paid for. I order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew & asked for the sweet cream on the side they said they don’t do that I have to pay, now why would I pay if I’m already paying for it? Not to mention corporate said your aloud to ask for the vanilla sweet cream on the side. Please Carly step down and let someone who cares be a manager, and focus on your nasty attitude.

If you want to wait upwards of 25 minutes on the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of you, then this is the perfect Starbucks for you. They seriously need to hire more people because this is absurd every single time I come. Incompetent staff and incredibly poor service.

I had a very troubling experience at this location. The manager, Carly, was not only rude and unprofessional with me and several other customers, but she also crossed a serious line by harassing me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. At one point, she even became aggressive and appeared to try to instigate a physical confrontation, which is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone—let alone a manager.
On top of that, I waited over 20 minutes just for a simple coffee, which is completely unreasonable. The store was disorganized and clearly lacking proper management.
The location itself was also in poor condition. It was noticeably dirty, and I observed an employee pretending to clean just to avoid being noticed by management.
I strongly urge corporate to investigate this location. Carly’s behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s potentially dangerous and could seriously damage the company’s reputation and customer trust.

Lovely staff, but I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for a mobile order with only about 3-4 cars ahead of me. Polite service but the pace completely negates the convenience of online ordering and drive-thrus. Lesson learned – next time I’ll walk into the building!

I came here to grab my birthday drink, and this was the best drive-thru experience I’ve ever had! Multiple people wished me a happy birthday, helped me add on free toppings, and they drew balloons all over my cup! I’ve never seen this energy matched anywhere else, absolutely loved the vibes. It took 22 minutes to get 4 shots over ice with milk and syrup… a in store order. Several people huddled around the drive through box. I watched everyone seperate no cars yet still no drink. Seems like they prioritized drive through pulled my ticket and forgot. Again wasn’t a mobile ordere either. and it took 22 minutes and a barista change might I add. Cashier seemed annoyed I walked in to order. No one greeted me, I stood there while multiple people stared. Where was the shift lead? This store is horrendous and beyond slow. They need re training. They’re also not kid friendly and just super rude to me my daughter and people I know. I only came because it was on the way home for a pick me up. Never again. I would never treat people that way.
