Stopped here after a rough day and needed a pick-me-up, and I’m really glad I did.
The Pink Drink was perfect. Not watery or bland at all. And their brownies are really good too.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even while cleaning, they still gave great service and didn’t make me feel rushed. The store was also very clean.
This might honestly become my new go-to spot because they know how to make a Pink Drink right. Definitely a 5-star visit.

Awesome service from the staff today. My friend ordered light ice and the drink came with too much ice and without even having to ask the staff made an entirely new drink for free. Also, I tried a new drink today and it was a bit too milky for me and the staff happily agreed to adding an additional espresso shot for free. We were a part of a big group of 10 people and all of our drinks and food came out very quick. great experience 10/10!

I am not a regular at Starbucks but on Friday 1/16 around 530pm , I visited The Glen Cove & Jericho Turnpike location. I needed a warm drink and a snack. I received my food and so much more. The restaurant was clean. the service provided by Jei and management was very welcoming on a cold night.( a 3rd employee was tidying up behind the counter) Both were engaging and polite in our brief encounter. As I left, management wished me safe travels. I pass the location occasionally, should I need a snack again, it will be a worthy detour.

I would frequent this location at least once or twice a week. But unfortunately some baristas are way to rude and they honestly have no sense of customer satisfaction. There are a few that are very cool and will actually have a conversation with you as they are making your drink. But the past couple of times 3 to be exact I have seen a shift and it just doesn’t feel welcoming.

My Wife loves their coffee so they get 4 stars just for that though the service sometimes varies. Clean place but pricy. Delicious food and drinks make it worth the trip.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order for my usual items: a vegan chai tea latte and two vegan falafel wraps , items I have ordered many times. The label on my bag even said “vegan falafel wraps.”
When I got back to my car, I bit into the wrap and realized it was CHICKEN ;creamy chicken, not even close to what I ordered. I have been vegan for over seven years, and I have not consumed meat or dairy in that time. I accidentally ate and swallowed meat because of their negligence.
When I immediately went back to the store, all I received was a flat, emotionless “oh, I’m sorry” from the employee. No empathy, no concern, no accountability, no offer to make it right. Just indifference.
This is not a small mistake , it’s a serious dietary violation, and people rely on labeling and accuracy for health, ethical, and religious reasons. I’m now left hoping I don’t have an adverse reaction because a simple order wasn’t taken seriously.
Extremely disappointed and genuinely shaken by this experience.

Great store. Excellent service. Great people. I enjoyed my time here at Starbucks. I was able to get my order in a few mins from ordering. The store is super clean and the vibe is extremely friendly. I wouldn’t mind coming here again whenever I’m in the area. There’s also a parking lot for those that might be worrying about it.

Nice lots of options . I get it it was rush how been waiting for 20 mins and harmlessly asked a questions but was bombarded by “it’ll come out when it comes out I got two hands” . Should that be the body language when I’m paying quite a bit of money for a drink ? Don’t think so . Coffee was okay lol

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They have quick service and are almost never backed up with orders. They renovated a bit ago and the space is very clean.
