THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I ordered online two drinks and a snack. When I arrived at the store nobody was paying attention to the customers. I had to call three time to a employee to see if my order was ready. When finally someone told me it wasn’t I had to wait like 20 minutes. I employee came, and old men who looked like Hagrid from harry potter but short, with the long and messy hair and beard, the mesy clothes. His appearance was very disgusting. He asked me four more times what I ordered, and I told him how many times he will asked me the same he very disrespectful began to imitate me. In the end he threw me the order in a bad way.
This is no the way you treat a customer, never go to buy anything in this store. Customer service. 0

there’s some new guy there some big young guy with glasses and it’s very weird. i put my drink to be made with water and no lemonade. i watch him pour lemonade (keep in mind this was a mobile order and they were very busy so i had no idea this drink was for me) and then he gave it to me and i told him super nicely that i asked for the water version and he looked at the receipt and told me oh you should’ve told me while i was making it. like what? and i told him i didn’t know it was mine and he is just staring at me and remade it while he keeps looking at me with this weird smile as if i was the problem. new hire btw

Always receive great service here. James the manager had been with the company for years and he trains his staff very well. Coffee and good is always quick, although sometimes the better staff can get a little overwhelmed by the line. Otherwise, great place.

They do not tell you good morning, More than one occasion my name was turn the opposite direction. I I touch and turn around all the cops to see if my order was ready. I asked one time if they could announce the order and a young lady turn and say that she’s too busy to call names, l spoke with the manager he said that it was wrong of her to say that, but it seems like he’s OK with it because she was not discipline. I went by more than one occasion and the same thing happened, no greetings no thank you. I will not return to that Location There is no appreciation and I felt so disrespected.

The service at this Starbucks is consistently terrible. The wait times are ridiculously long, and the staff moves at a painfully slow pace with no sense of urgency. On top of that, the drinks are often made incorrectly or sloppily. It feels like no one is paying attention to quality or customer experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from a brand like Starbucks.

Honestly, I’m not a huge Starbucks fan at baseline. I don’t love how they handle social equity issues. That being said, this is the only coffee spot I can walk to… so I go regularly lol. The staff are always kind to me and regularly ask how my family is. I also REALLY appreciate that they have a changing table and plenty of seating. They get the order wrong sometimes, but they remake it at no cost. And yes, when it’s super busy, you’re going to wait a bit. All in all, it’s a good spot.
