This Starbucks near my home is really great. I’ve ordered from here several times and the drink quality has been very consistent. The store is spacious and clean, which makes it a nice place to visit.
I ordered pickup today, so I can’t really comment on the service, but everything was prepared smoothly. I’d also like to thank the staff working today. I really appreciate their effort.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years because the quality is consistent and the service is usually great. But today (11/15/2025) was a really disappointing experience. I arrived around 5:00 p.m. with only three people ahead of me, yet it took the cashier nearly 30 minutes to take four orders. She was moving extremely slowly, and the baristas seemed more focused on joking around with friends than actually working. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Terrible experience. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I went there today and the service was so professional and sweet the employee Karen recommended me the Dubai matcha while I was having a hard time picking what drink I wanted cause I usually get a refresher but I wanted to change it up and what can I say it was the best drink ever and I love the fact that she’s took the time to understand what I love and recommend me that amazing drink I will definitely come again and recommend it to my family and friends cause she’s the sweetest and made my entire day and we need more workers like that also the others employees Danielle & charde were so friendly and welcoming to the other costumers I love the environment in that store

Incompetent. I placed my order online. 10 minutes later when I walked in, my drink was ready, made by the barista. 3 other employees standing at the other end by the ovens. I asked the barista if my oven order was in the oven. Without checking, she said they’d “be right out.” I watched for about 3 minutes the employees at the other end continue to talk. One was working orders at the register and the other two were talking and laughing. I finally walked over, pointed to my name on my cup, pointed to the ticket with my name on it in the printer, next to the oven. A failure of all the employees to pay attention to the orders and be helpful.

I work from different Starbucks locations several times a week, and this one has friendly staff and plenty of seating, which makes it a good spot to get work done. However, the bathroom cleanliness is hit or miss.
Today, I asked for an ice water and was told I needed to make a purchase to get one. I pointed to my table, where I already had a drink and my laptop. This has never been my experience at any Starbucks in the last six years. If there is now a charge for water due to inflation, I believe it would be more helpful to communicate that clearly rather than requiring a purchase.
This experience was disappointing, and I hope Starbucks provides more consistency in its policies across locations.

Been coming to this specific location for a few years now , out of every Starbucks I’ve been to, all around NYC/Long Island, even the Starbucks I visit on my travels cross country, in other states etc, hands down this is the best location I’ve yet to go to. The staff is exceptionally friendly , accommodating, and welcoming. I’m greeted by my first name as soon as I walk in the doors. I’m Always greeted with a smile and have even been asked about how my dogs are doing, when they aren’t even with me. which means they listen to and remember their customers. Figured it was time to leave a review cus they deserve all the good reviews!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and I have always wondered what’s up with the long wait so I decided to visit two other Starbucks locations near this one located near the Trader Joe’s ones and the other Starbucks locations all the employees said that the manager is the problem as to why this location simply sucks. I come here often and thought I should give this location their credit, I come here a lot before I go to work; I visualize the area a lot, I go to this location consistently for over 6 months by now and they never disappoint. My drinks are always on point, they even wrote multiple times a thankyou, they bless my day or for me to enjoy it. Seeing how hard and busy they could be they still take time to properly focus on each customer. these employees are very genuine, hard workers, a great cleaning environment and honorable customer service. It is a fast paced environment, they get through lines fast & efficiently. I love coming here, im comfortable enough to sit and do my schoolwork work and studies here for as long as I need to while I enjoy my drink. Great service & bless all the staff.
