Ordering in person can take a long time. Its better to use the app and order in advance.

I watches about 8 people come in after me and get their drinks, the place was completely empty at one point and my drink still wasnt being made, just watching drinks for people not in the store getting made.

It would be nice if in person orders got some form of priority, but what can you do.

Really nice spot but took 20-25 minutes for a regular coffee with Splenda I had to ask for it because they just completely forgot. Pretty ridiculous and I am pretty understanding always but that’s unacceptable.

Staff was rude. Gave me dirty looks when entering and ordering. Do not care about the customer. Some employees even “play around” when the store is busy! These employees need to be retrained or demoted! Their attitudes alone made me not want to come back here ever! Will be taking my business to another Starbucks!
