Stopped at this new location on Crystal run Rd. Amazing spot, staff, and service. Was greeted immediately upon entry. Service was super quick. Ordered a pink drink and a pastry to go. Drive thru is available and seemed to get traffic. Great seating indoors and maybe more in summer outdoors.

Ordered a simple venti passion tea with 13 pumps of classic syrup at the drive-thru with other items. but received a unsweetened tea. On the road took a big sip of liquid garbage. I called the store though apologitic they made no effort to remedy the mindless mistake.Such a bad look for Starbucks to have a location make their quality of service seem horrible

The drink is usually fine ….when you eventually get it. So slow. My husband waited 20 minutes (no exaggeration) for his drink. Sticker just stuck on a machine, ignored. There’s no hustle to be found at this Starbucks. Go to the one on 211 if you’re in a rush.

when i got here it wasn’t busy at all. very few cars in the driveway and maybe 2 other people inside. i went to go order and asked for a venti dragon drink with vanilla cold foam. the guy at the register looks at me so confused even though it was very clear and kept talking about random stuff (like pink drink, lemonade, etc;) WHATEVER! until i just said okay ill get that. i ended up getting a grande (the wrong size) and it tasted like nothing!! the people working there seemed so emotionless and annoyed and the service took so long despite how unbusy it was that i didn’t even feel like waiting and getting a new one. so disappointed, this is the worst service ive ever had at a starbucks and im not usually one to even write reviews. would never recommend this location. paying 10+ dollars for the wrong size drink and a cake pop is insane. when people are spending this much on something so simple just to get this in return is insane!! do better
