Rachel is always incredibly pleasant—her calm, kind, and patient way of interacting with customers shows how much she values great service. She pays attention to the little details, ensuring each drink is exactly how it should be. And then there’s Jaylyn, who consistently prepares the best espresso I’ve ever had. You can tell she has real skill and pride in her work, because every drink she makes is crafted with precision and consistency.
I also want to give a special thank you to the managers, German and Yan, for leading such an outstanding team. My favorite Starbucks so far! As soon as I enter team welcomes me and they know my order. Mike is AMAZING!!! He’s so friendly and always makes me laugh. Store is always spotless clean and I love the atmosphere. I was enjoying my matcha latte and girl came to check in with me asked if everything is okay & introduced me herself. She mentioned she’s a new manager took over after Brian and we had a great conversation. I can tell she has all the experience the way she approached I love her vibe! She’s professional, friendly and welcoming. I read few reviews before I wrote this and noticed all previous reviews not true. I promise you this place definitely worth coming in & cafe has plenty seatings available. I’ll be stopping by every day and I highly recommend it to everyone! Like I mentioned earlier all the previous reviews doesn’t make any sense to me store DOES NOT HAVE ANY ROACHES AND IT IS CLEAN!!!

I recently went to this location and I absolutely loved the environment. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly especially Rachel & Mike. I ordered Caramel Brûlée Latte and it was delicious just the way I like it. I also met the Store Manager Umida. She’s very polite asked me how was my experience in the store and if I need any refills. She made sure I’m satisfied with my experience and was told to reach her out if any questions or feedback. She mentioned she’s working on getting her google reviews to 5 stars and here I’m posting my genuine opinion. Definitely better than any other Starbucks locations. Just visit to experience it yourself! Great place to get some work done and meet amazing people.

I went in today to grab a drink for my wife. I was 1 of the only 4 people in the whole store. The only
one in line. I was being helped by, I believe her name was Geysy. Before i could even finish saying what i wanted in the drink, i feel like i got cut off by a “anything else?”. I get my drink. Wrong size, I asked for a venti. I get my second drink, its a venti but it didn’t have the syrup i asked for and it didnt have the light ice I asked for, it had ice up to more than half of the cup. I didn’t try it until i got to my car to make sure. At this point, I didn’t even want to go back in anymore with the whole back and forth. Had to go to another starbucks to get the correct order for my wife! Do better guys!!

This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too The customer service is always excellent every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and a warm “welcome in.” It truly makes the experience stand out compared to other locations.
Michael, in particular, is always incredibly friendly and kind. He goes out of his way to make customers feel comfortable and valued, and it shows. His positive attitude and genuine personality make every visit a great one.

Very welcoming and hardworking staff. During rush hour, like after school, the staff does a great job of maintaining organization. I never have to wait too long for my order to be ready, and this specific location compares to no other. Shout out to Pablo, Rachel, Jayln, Yan, Michael, and Umida. I find them to be the most kind and friendly staff here. The community in Starbucks wouldn’t be the same without them. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with a community like this one. Overall a 10/10 location!!!

Incredibly welcoming staff. Lovely music, top tier cookies. Hardworking team. they do very well managing and maintaining organization even during massive serges of people! Massive shoutout Pablo !
