However, there have been times when the printer wasn’t working, and the syrup amount seemed off. I asked for one pump, but it tasted much sweeter, like several pumps were added.
If the number on the sticker isn’t visible, it would be great if the order could be double-checked on the computer before making the drink. It’s a bit inconvenient for customers to have to come back to request a remake.
Overall, the drink is good when made as ordered, and I hope this small issue can be improved.
This morning, I popped into Starbucks for my usual fix: two coffees and a slice of lemon cake. But when I noticed the brown bag left on the counter, curiosity got the better of me. Inside? The cake looked like it had been dropped on the floor!
When I asked for a replacement, I was met with indifference—turns out that was the last piece. Disappointing, right? It’s hard to believe a beloved chain like Starbucks has seen such a decline in service. What happened to putting the customer first?
Never again will I set foot in the store.
