I have been coming to this Starbucks everyday for the last three years. Two people here make it the best experience: Yonell and Eduardo. Both of them embody the Starbucks philosophy and create a great experience. They both know my order and I never have to repeat it. People have been there longer do not know the order(which makes the experience not as positive). Yonell goes above and beyond to ensure my mornings start off right with positivity and professionalism. He has a smile at 5:30am which makes the morning start off on a positive note!
Yonell and Eduardo are the two best employees there! Thanks for making my mornings great!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your locations @ the Mohegan Lake, Ny 10566 store. On my visit, I encountered the new manager named “Lex”who treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Despite being a loyal customer for over seven years, I was met with unnecessary conflict when I requested my drink. The manager insisted on arguing about how my drink should be made, rather than listening to my concerns or providing a solution. Lex was very aggressive and slammed the window to return my payment. This escalated my anxiety and resulted in an unpleasant experience.
However, I would like to acknowledge that one of the staff members genuinely came forward and apologized, which I greatly appreciated.
As a customer, I expect respectful and professional service, especially from management. It is disheartening to see such behavior at a store where I have always felt valued.
I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

If you want to get in and out this isn’t the Starbucks to go to. I really wanted to write this post on thanksgiving but I gave grace. Theres always a long wait and the app told me it was a 5 minute pick up at drive through. Its insane the app doesn’t align w this locations wait time. At the Yorktown location u get in and out service- even if u are waiting for a bit. Then after waiting 20 minutes on a 5 minute order my matcha protein highlight of the month drink tasted lil anger. Please maybe if u need water…..

Always out of the thing I come in to order. Once, twice, three time no problem it happens. This is the 5 th time I’ve come in for one item haha silly but that’s what I like. I haven’t been able to get this order even one time this season. Just a bit frustrating. The staff is lovely here though.

I’ve been in the area for the past two weeks and I’ve been getting coffees here everyday since.
Staff here has been outstanding on every visit. After they’ve gotten used to our new faces made it even better.
Absolutely no issues with the coffee. I do have to say since I’m up here from NYC, the coffee taste a lot better than the ones in the city. Probably made with more love. Definitely appreciate y’all for keeping me caffeinated.

Ordered online and went through the drive through yes I ordered 1 minute ago and got in line…why because this store is the slowest store around. Person told me I had to go inside asked why they couldn’t just make it after the car in front of me they tell me I’m not next in queue there’s a few people ahead of me so I have to go inside. No problem I pull out of line and park. I see the car that was in front of me at the window as soon as they pull away I go inside and sure enough one of my drinks are sitting there on the counter ready for pick up and the other is handed directly to me. The car behind me still waiting at the window when I exited the store. So much for their queue that clearly doesn’t do much.

It’s 8:30 PM and I arrived to pick up my traveler which I was told was sent over to the compound store because their coffee machine is under maintenance and it was stated that it is not far from the store which it is an 11 to 12 minute ride. There is no Way a place that mainly serves coffee should have their machine scheduled for maintenance during opening hours

Painfully slow. Repeated orders can be inconsistent. They have a tendency to act inconvienced if you place your mobile order too soon before getting in the drive thru line.
