Awful service. The man at the drive through messed up my drink order. I politely told him it was incorrect and they added syrup instead of making a new drink. No apology. Drinks still wrong. Incredibly rude and sarcastic service. I used to frequent this location, but won’t be returning. Employees need a class in customer service.

I placed a mobile order for drive through and unfortunately did not notice until I drove away. Did not receive one of my items, recieved someone else’s coffee (poorly made anyway), and the one coffee that was right tasted absolutely disgusting. Starbucks customer service chat is a joke. Had to call and wait 20min to speak to someone to correct this. I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks but this one is a joke

I have an issue with customer service. I just left there after waiting in line for the limited edition bear Starbucks cup. I didn’t get one and that’s life onto the next chase. The problem is when I asked other Starbucks if they were getting these cups, it was a very polite and simple yes or no response. I was first in line. Nobody rushed the store (we actually had a cute little group convo about this outside). Everyone was very well behaved and literally silent. I said to the woman at the register, hi good morning did you guys get the Starbucks bear cups. I only asked because we also noticed from outside that they were nowhere on the shelves, so we did not know if they were behind the counter. With an attitude she says to me, she doesn’t know it’s whatever that’s there on the wall and flings her arm up at the wall. Girl huh?!? Another woman that was there came over and asked me what she said because they were stunned and confused. When I repeated it, she looked at me and she said what?!? They didn’t have bear cups so everyone purchased hello kitty stuff. Forget the cup it’s not important, the actual exchange was off putting. It was like she loathed her job when the reality is I was there for free and she was the one being paid✨

This location makes me understand why starbucks are going out of business. Seems to be a high turnover of employees and/or they are extremely overwhelmed. The second to last visit here I had my iced mocha missing whipped cream and tasted like mud water. Then the most recent time, I came here they gave me a hot mocha when i asked for iced via drive thru. Which makes for uncomfortable encounters with staff, for simply wanting the right order. Steer clear of this location

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. My drink was made perfectly—smooth, rich, and just the right temperature. The barista even took the time to double-check my order to make sure everything was just right.

Caramel machiato was ok
The sitting area ok, but I recommend changing the arm chairs they are old dirty and not comfortable to sit on
The barista who calls for the drinks says the name of the drink, not the name of the guest, which is confusing
The store is clean. The restrooms were clean
Plenty parking spaces. The drive thru is busy
If you want some quiet time with average coffee you can go there

they got my drink wrong three times, gave my friend straight up milk instead of her drink and they had an attitude, one of the workers was taking out the garbage then came back inside without washing his hands and started making drinks. disgusting and never coming here ever again.

I was just at the drive through. I said hello and waited for 5 minutes for them to respond. Figured maybe their com wasn’t working so I drive up to the window. I waived at the lady, and she ignored me. I drove away. Cause damn… not even an acknowledgement ….. and I go here every time I need a quick coffee break.

I was looking for a decently rated Starbucks in the area (which is surprisingly hard to come by) and found this location. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best. There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to finally get to the window. I’m pretty sure the car in front of me just gave up on their order and left. Then my peppermint mocha didn’t even have whip cream or the chocolate curls on it.
