The service is extremely slow in this location and I didn’t get what I wanted the first time, but they took another 7 minutes before finally giving me what I had ordered. It took a total of 20 minutes for me to get my order. I understand that you have people constantly coming in through the drive-through but when you make a mistake on something that was ordered, I would think that would be a priority to get out first.
Also, the sitting area could use a wipe down. The table we were at was a little sticky and messy.
I prefer the North Brunswick location. They are very efficient and customer service is really good there.

Have visited this location several times and have always had such a great experience with Latiah. She is always pleasant, smiling and makes great recommendations. Working in the food service industry myself I can say she is the kind of employee that everyone wants to have. She takes the time to make each customer feel special. Wanted coffee and what best than having a Starbucks in your way. Rt 1 ! Nice location but on the corner .. wish the shop wasn’t on the corner because it sometimes could be tough to turn right after a signal . Service could be much better . They are short staffed especially on weekends .
Drive through was crowded .. so I went in. Ordering inside was even crazy . There was only one employee working really hard . Wish they had more employees to cover both drive through and other customers .just because they do it so fast , latte wasn’t perfect . Too milky ! Didn’t taste the same Latte as other locations . Thought of giving a 2 star but gave 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the hardworking employees. I’m not a big fan of Starbucks breakfast . Bagels cream cheese is bad . 🙁

Was here for about 2 in a half hours and didnt gdt bothered once, me and my girlfriend didnt know the library was closed so we came for some coffee and danishes and was able to get alot of teaching done!!!

I had one of the worst matcha experiences ever at this Starbucks. I genuinely couldn’t taste any matcha at all the entire drink tasted like plain milk. There was no earthy flavor, no richness, no bitterness, nothing that resembles real matcha in any way.

Great place the grab a coffee and study or get some work done. There are plenty of seating options, the wifi is good and there are many outlets. The only problem I had was that the place was freezing. I had on a heavy sweater and boots and I was still cold. Turn up the heat a bit guys coz I don’t want to have to bring a blanket next time! ⭐️

I’ve never been treated so rudely at a Starbucks before customer service was bad. Time at 4:50 Sunday. There was plenty of people there and no one would attend to just two cups of black coffee with cream. When I asked about it the young black man got smart with me. So I requested a refund and left and took my tip back out of the jar. He was very rude.
