If I could rate this place a 0, I would!

Did mobile order and as we got closer to the window…My drink was literally placed outside on an extremely windy day!!!! By the time I grabbed it, it had dust and dirt in it. When we asked for the drinks to be remade, we were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and nasty remarks. The lady told me to go all the way back through the drive thru, which I agreed to, but when I walked inside instead, it was clear she planned to hand me the exact same drink. She even stared me down from the drive-thru window while I explained the situation to another employee who barely said two words to me.

This location is unprofessional and unhygienic. If you want a clean drink and basic respect, skip this Starbucks entirely.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Most of the staff is rude and mobile orders take a long time to make. If you order multiple drinks the order isn’t made together, so one drink will be completed and your second make take an extra 10 minutes.
At times, I’ve walked in and they’ve been out of espresso, so I walked out.
I’ve also been asked to prove my mobile pickup order was ordered at that store when asking for a pup cup for my dog. Are you kidding me? How insulting is that? To be asked to prove the coffee in your hand is from that store to get a tiny cup of whipped cream for a dog?
Today I waited over 23 minutes for a simple mobile order, and was met with attitude when I asked for a third time if they would actually make my order. I ended up walking out without getting my coffees, so will have to call my credit card company to get refunded.
Never going back to this store despite it being a short walk from my house. This store has needed a refresher in customer service training for months.

Recently opened .. good location right next to Whole Foods and few other stores .. wanted to have a coffee in the morning . The entrance is right from main road but it goes around and around ! Pathway to the shop and getting out is crazy . Peak times it gets cramped for room.

Coffee was average . Not the standard Starbucks taste . I liked the recently launched cortado. Nice taste and aroma. Service could be little faster . Breakfast isn’fresh. Don’t like the taste of bagels and other breakfast menu. Average experience overall.. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Man, I thought the Starbucks on centennial was slow.. but my goodness. I’ve never seen a slower moving drive through in my life. I came at 1:10 on a Monday. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and there’s still two cars in front of me. It’s actually insane. How could it possibly take this long to make these orders?!

Location is great and very elite ambience. I see here staff seems to give higher importance to drive in order and people visiting cafe given lower importance and made to wait longer. I know this place just opened up and staff still trying to adjust to overwhelming crowd. We were waiting almost 20mins today to get one regular coffee. I hope they fix this glitches and give equal importance to both in store and drive in customers.

Like many customers, I’m writing to share how disappointing our recent visits to this Starbucks have been. The service has consistently been slow and unprofessional, and both my wife and I have experienced poor attitudes even on very simple orders. Mobile ordering has also been unreliable—working only about half the time.

At this point, we won’t be returning to this location and will be taking our business to local spots instead, like Cai’s Coffee in downtown Metuchen.

I wanted to order a matcha but instead I ordered something else, I ordered a caffe mocha. After I had a few sips out of it , I told the girl that assisted me about my mistake and she said “ let me talk to my supervisor” She then made the Hot Matcha that I wanted at no cost to me. She didn’t make me feel bad for my mistake .

Awful customer service. A handful of polite works but most are terrible. You get an attitude from the moment you order and then you are expected to tip on the credit card reader? A tip is earned, it’s not a requirement. This coming from someone in the service industry for 15+ years.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude and talked to me with an attitude just because I came to pick up my order three minutes after placing it. There was no reason for her to be disrespectful or unprofessional everyone has bad days, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers that way. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from Starbucks.
