First time to this location. Fantastic location right on rt 27 and close to many other spots. .. there is a drive through , which makes it more convenient. The shop is big. There is a good amount of space inside too. Lots of place to sit and drink a hot cup of coffee.
Always a big fan of Starbucks coffee . They are much better than Dunkin. Had cortado with oat milk and it was super good. Have become a fan of cortado since the day they introduced it few months back . Regular black coffee was also good . Only thing which is always disappointing in Starbucks is their food . Why don’t they stop sellling food and just concentrate on coffee ? Their food is like airline food , – no taste , no flavor ! Had the felafel wrap and I promise it’s the last time I’m having that :). Apart from food , everything is good about this Starbucks . 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the Starbucks close to where I live, so I go there more than any other location. Sometimes the staff is really friendly and helpful, but sometimes they’re really quite unorganized and and not customer service focused. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover of staff. Many times over the years my order has taken way longer than it should and has even been wrong, and today my daughter forgot to add a food item to our order and when I asked them if they could add it on, they made no attempt to help us, but told us we had to go to the back of the drive-through line, which was significantly long and not a possibility. While I get that there was a line and they didn’t want to add a food item when I was already at the counter (despite it being a prepackaged, ready to eat item), and the fact that I have made many allowances over the years for their staff errors and making me wait, it’s a little disappointing that the same service, courtesy and latitude could not be extended to a customer. First world problems, but it really set a bad tone for the morning.

According to the posted hours, this location opens at 5:00 AM. I arrived at 6:20 AM and was informed they were not serving yet. The doors were unlocked, customers were able to enter, and staff were inside working. This was frustrating and confusing, as the store appeared open but refused service.

Poor customer service. Rude barista reprimanded me for using the drive thru to buy gift cards during the holidays when it was pouring rain outside. This wasn’t my first negative experience with this particular employee either. I was coming here on a daily basis.
To add, there is a variety of reasons people may use the drive thru including limited time, kids in the car or due to disabilities. Never assume or judge. I won’t be frequenting this location anymore and I suggest you also find another friendlier location or try Dunkin.

I recently ordered an iced Matcha latte from Starbucks around 3:30 PM, a time when the store wasn’t busy at all. To my surprise, the drink came with unblended matcha chunks floating around. I wouldn’t have minded if this had happened during a busy rush, but the staff had plenty of time to prepare it properly.
This location has been hit or miss for me. On good days, they make the drinks perfectly, but on bad days (like this one), it feels like they don’t even try. The matcha chunks were unpleasant, and the consistency of their quality leaves much to be desired. Starbucks can do better!

Nice spacious store with drive thru and lots of parking. Store has lots of places to seat and lots of good quality merchandises. All drinks and confectionery items are available to order. The lines were short when we visited. Ordered were made pretty quickly. All baristas were very friendly.
The store can use little bit of clean up. We saw lots of sticker and paper laying around on the floor.
