The store is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also love that there’s an option to sit outside when the weather is nice! The team here is not only professional but also very friendly and kind! Highly recommend this location! I enjoy coming here while driving by on RT 22 east if you’re looking for the fastest service place your order on the Starbucks app prior to arrival because sometimes this store may be very busy .

I have been getting Starbucks from here for years now because it’s closer to my house and the service is good. But this past 2 months they’ve given me straight up milk, i get the same order every day “ iced caramel macchiato” i know it’s only 3 shots of espresso and rest just milk and ice, but it has never been like this before, im assuming they put less espresso than they did before. Overall it just tastes like sweet milk. Waste of money at this point.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope this gets used as feedback for the business. This is not my usual Starbucks but I come occasionally to get my fav drink (Double Berry matcha). Tonight the taste was so bad and different from what I usually get and the service was poor. Me and another customer had to wait until the baristas stop chitchatting and laughing right in front of us. The girl who took my order wasn’t nice or kind at all, she was rushed to take my order even tho there wasn’t more customers besides me and another guy. When I was waiting to get my drink I heard the same girl tell another barista “you don’t have to do the strawberries that way, just do whatever is the easiest for you” finally the drink was upper bitter, didn’t have strawberries and tasted different, my moms drink was worse even tho we ordered the same exact drink. Hopefully customer service gets better soon bc I’d love to make this location my usual since it’s the closest to me ☹️

Usually good, today was interesting?? I understand working in these types of conditions can be stressful, and I don’t want anyone to feel bad. BUT!! 3-4 guys working behind the counter, And there were very few customers and we still had to wait longer than usual. Anyways, I think they forgot to add the coffee into our frappes today. The drinks looked wrong right off the bat. They looked like pure milk, and we (my partner and I) couldn’t taste the coffee either. Mistakes happen, maybe even twice. But please remember to add coffee or at least the right amount. Focus on your job socialize with your fellow coworkers another time, not while you’re supposed to be making someone’s drinks. Idk maybe something else was going on back there. I’m just disappointed. Thanks for the flavored milk guys also there was a blonde-light brown hair in my raccoon cake pop bag but I’m not usually one to complain about hair in my food, it doesn’t gross me out much (still considered unsanitary and unprofessional) but this just goes to show how sad todays experience was.

This location would be great if they had people who knew how to work more efficiently. I ordered online came 5 mins after my order was ready, there were 7 workers looking confused so unorganized, my drink was not even made. New beautiful location but needs better management.

This location, adjacent to Rt. 22, is usually busy and has friendly and efficient customer service. My order is always picture perfect and delicious. The dine-in area is spacious and clean, with well-stocked shelves and plenty of seating. There is also an attached outside dining patio with umbrella tables. The drive-thru line is kept moving.

Constantly sold out of flavors and won’t update the app to reflect that. When you get there, they ask you to pick a new flavor (half of which are unavailable) and if you pick a cheaper option, they will not change the cost of the item.
