I went to this Starbucks drive-thru today while running some errands. The gentleman named Larry, who was working the window is the most perfect vibe, and every business should have one of him. He was so polite and welcoming. He took my completely insignificant order with care. There was no rushed “what can I get you!?” No sense of urgency or panic. He was just calm, polite, and totally normal. He made a non-event a positive experience… This is so uncommon. He radiated genuine kindness, and my 2 minute interaction with him actually lifted my mood and improved my day. This is the kind of person who grows a business no matter what it is. Thanks so much.

We went thru drive thru for lattes and the girl who helped us was super nice! Above and beyond asking if we needed a drink tray (we did) but didn’t think of it. Also gave us little doo hickies to put in the sip holes to prevent spills.

How are you going to charge a dollar for a pup cup now all it is is whip whipped cream …. For my furry friend in the car, you’re welcome that I bought your $6 coffee…. At least throw me a bone or a pup cup of whipped cream that cost one cent. The drive through had a pretty big line when I approached it. But surprisingly the line was moving extremely fast. We also had a car in front of us that covered my order, that was extremely nice so i covered the car behind me. My daughter had a birthday cake pop and decaf vanilla bean frappe. The barista was extremely sweet and greeted us with a big smile . Even though i have a closer Starbucks to my house I prefer to go this location because of friendly & positive attitude that they have.

Larry is the best, he knows my order and greets me warmly every morning. Although on Mornings that Larry is off or on another assignment, I get my coffee handed to me, and I say thank you, because your employee thinks they are doing me a favor by making my coffee. Additional training is obliviously necessary.

Fast and precise. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks including the Original in Seattle. This is by far top 5 on the list for getting things done rite the 1st time. Also let it be known that this is by far the friendliest. Employees are sweet, and professional. Couldn’t ask for much more.

I work a few blocks away and I’m here at least two to four times a week! I went here after work to order a medicine ball tea….no honey blend, no steamed lemonade and both my tea bags were busted open, just hot water and tea leaves ! They acted like they didn’t want to make my drink or use my holiday cup. When I called the store they acted like they were trying to give me a refund and couldn’t ,and had told me to come back to the store for a refund, which I highly doubt. I never have this problem when I go in the morning, only at night when certain staff is on.

i am completely disappointed in the management here, i was waiting for my drink at the drive thru, it seemed like their computer was having issues, the manger thought it was a good idea to push around, grab, and i could hear her yell at the girl working there to get the drinks outside in the drive thru table which i believe is unsafe. touching her arms and pushing her around like a puppet… i usually do not like to leave bad reviews as i know people have bad days and things happen, but as a mother i am completely upset with what i saw. poor girl
