New standalone location is beautiful inside but parking is tough. Parking in the back or across the street. Parking in the back requires you to walk through the drive through lane. Homey interior, though. This location really needed the expansion, and the additional drive through option I’m sure will be successful.

I just have to say this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks!! My mom and I pulled into the drive-thru right as they were about to close, and even though they were finishing up for the night, they still welcomed us with the biggest smiles and the sweetest energy.
There was especially one worker (I didn’t catch his name, but he knows who he is!!) who was SO funny, so kind, and just had the best personality ever. He was joking with us, made us laugh, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making our night better. Even at closing time, when most people would be tired and ready to go home, he still gave 10/10 customer service.
The whole team had such good vibes. You could tell they work well together and actually enjoy what they do. It made such a difference in our night, and little moments like that really stick with people.
If management sees this, please know your team is AMAZING. They turned a simple coffee run into such a wholesome, funny, feel-good moment. We left smiling the whole drive home.

Terrible customer service at this location. Staff don’t seem to know what they are doing, waited for 5 minutes for an Americano at drive through window. The cup was so full that the lid popped open and drink got spilled everywhere and also burned my hand.

I ordered a Venti iced matcha latte, and the barista put it in the juice machine. I was pretty confused because I’ve never had any store blend a matcha latte unless I asked — and I didn’t. After about 10 minutes, once the bubbles settled (and before I even took a sip), this is how much was left. Maybe that’s why they blend it, but honestly the taste was worse after blending too.

I always enjoy a Starbucks coffee and a good breakfast sandwich and stop by and try to get some work done out of the office. The music in here was screaming and hard!!! Not sure why they think that’s appropriate for hanging out in a Starbucks and relaxing on a Tuesday morning. Don’t get me wrong I loved the mosh pits and hard music back when grunge hit…. but even back then if I was gonna sit down to have a coffee I didn’t wanna listen to it. I had to leave early because I couldn’t concentrate and relax.

Ordered here on two days back to back and both days they messed up my drink even though the drink tags was right. One day was a ice drink and they gave me a hot. I show the girl that made it and she says “O you want light ice”. Light ice??? There was no ice to begin with. The next day asked for no whip and look what I got. They seem sweet but sweet clearly doesn’t pay attention to the over priced order of flavored milk I am paying for. So be sure to make sure they make it right.
