Completely got my order wrong after I repeated it 3 times and I apologized for the inconvenience and instead the barrista gave me attitude for the inconvenience.
Also, I ordered a white hot chocolate but she insisted that the order she gave me was correct even though it’s a hot white mocha coffee. The other order was A venti iced blonde vanilla latte with whole milk, 3 pumps brown sugar, 4 pumps vanilla syrup, and banana cold foam.

I ordered a tall chai latte hot. The first time I tasted the drink it tasted like coffee with no sugar. I asked if it could re-made but the second time it tasted like warm milk. The service was not great ether no communication.

Perhaps this location needs to hire a whole new team because dear lord the drive through wait is a good 20-30 mins long, and they always make the drinks not right! The staffs are not friendly nor care to be working there ( you can see it in there faces ) Hire professional people instead of children.
For my sanity I go to the one in Robbinsville. The employees are nicer there, and they make the drinks good!

Today, October 22, around 6:56 a.m., the employee Tisha made my order unnecessarily complicated. I simply asked for the seasonal pumpkin frappuccino, but she insisted that such a product “didn’t exist,” even though the morning before, at the same time, I was able to order it without any problem.
I even showed her a photo of the drink and clearly explained how it had been made on previous days, yet she refused to prepare it and asked us to park and wait, for no valid reason.
Her attitude was unfriendly and somewhat hostile, making it seem as though I was the one mistaken, when I was simply asking for the same drink I’ve successfully ordered before.

I really love coming to this Starbucks because it’s super close and it has a cute seating indoor area. However, they cannot seem to make a pumpkin cream cold brew which is a huge disappointment as it’s the drink of the season. It either has barely any foam, the brew tastes weird, they don’t make the foam tasty, etc. Not sure what it is as it varies every time. Hoping they fix this issue before the drink is gone.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I came in yesterday 11/15/25 to pick up my Mobil orders.also tried to purchase a Hello Kitty tumbler, but the employee helping me had a rude attitude and told me she couldn’t find the barcode to scan( didn’t get her name, young blond ponytail with really thick dark eyeliner). Even with several staff members there, no one seemed willing or able to figure it out. I ended up walking out without the item that I mainly came for. Not sure if they didn’t want to sell it or simply didn’t know how, but either way, it was frustrating and unprofessional!
