Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot taste was still mild, like without the extra shot. I’m a little bit disappointed.

This used to be my favorite spot for ice coffee but the new place 7 brew coffee delivered coffee to my job the people were friendly the coffee tasted fresher and better. I will never buy Starbucks again

I ordered at the drive in as I usually do. Have never had anything but excellent service. I placed the order and indicated that I wanted to use my rewards. As I waited in line, I watched as the barista tried to give my drink to the car in front of me. No biggie. I pull up, it’s sitting right next to the window. I ask if she heard me when I said I was using my rewards, she said she can’t use them until she rings me up. Then she walks away. My melting drink still sits. She comes back, I say did the rewards work? She doesn’t answer me, looks down and picks up my drink and hands it to me. No comment. I always tip, frankly this kid was seriously unprofessional and rude.

Staff is incredibly rude. Yesterday, they closed the drive thru over over 15 minutes early and i saw them tell the customers after me who were knocking at the door to go through the drive thru, even with the cones blocking it thay they had just put there. Today, I made a human mistake of ordering from the Courthouse location (a better location anyway). I knocked at the door and they all ignored me rudely. I walked to the window, and when the lady opened the door she was yelling at us very nastily. She kept trying to scroll through my phone receipt without asking me, which I told her to stop, and then they screamed at us that the courthouse location is down the street. Also, their Google hours are completely incorrect. If you’re going to close your store at 4pm every day, please don’t write “closing at 4pm today” and leave your Google hours up. Merry Christmas. Definitely would not wanna work with this crew. They have a help wanted sign out front… wonder why.

Update: we made it to the Courhouse Starbucks location and it is SO MUCH NICER. The people are friendly as heck and they have a mobile walk up order window!! Take a lesson, Rio Grande!

I love this Starbucks!! I’m from Philly and I am spoiled with 4 Starbucks near me. So when I’m at my Campground in Ocean View I Gotta ride pretty far for my coffee and this store is worth the ride, the staff is always awesome and never get my order wrong. Love it!

Family of 4, ordered coffee, sandwiches and bagels. They did not take the order correctly and when we realized an item was missing, we were put at the back of the line to reorder. The reorder was also wrong. They had no napkins available. When asking about napkins, they responded very rudely that “they had nobody to do that right now”. Terrible experience, don’t go there with hungry kids!

Staff do a good job of taking and filling orders despite the summer rush. This Starbucks has an unusual layout, with counter seats on the left side as you go to the back of the store. I haven’t had any problem with forgotten or mistaken orders.

Took my mom to Starbucks to cheer her up on her birthday…But instead of a midday refresher, we had a total bummer.

I have literally never been to a Starbucks where the barista was rude. It was the middle of the day and very dead, including mobile orders and the drive-through. The barista, Katrynina, was incredibly unpleasant. She was as cold as the shaken iced espresso.

And it wasn’t just her, another barista told us sharply to move over to where pick up window was. There was literally no one behind us. Hopefully management will take this as a training opportunity and not let them ruin anyone else’s day
