Chocolate cream cold brew tastes the same as the Starbucks I go to close to where I live. This is one of the few coffee stores that you can’t tell the difference between different locations. Snow has been removed to the best due to circumstances and no ice. Well run store, staff very friendly, and inside clean and inviting.

stopped in and ordered two black coffees. After paying — and being prompted to tip before receiving any service — I left a $2 tip, which I felt was generous for two plain coffees.
I sat down to wait and watched multiple customers come and go. After about 15 minutes, I went up to ask about my order. There was apparently some confusion, and I was told they would make it. Several more minutes passed before my name was finally called — nearly 20 minutes total for two black coffees.
I then had to go back up to retrieve them myself, and there was no apology for the delay. If customers are being prompted to tip in advance, the service should at least match that expectation. Waiting 20 minutes for two simple coffees with no acknowledgment or apology is disappointing.
I’ll likely take my business elsewhere next time.

I come to Starbucks once a year for a cute little holiday beverage. I was having a really crappy day and decided today was the day. Customer service here was phenomenal but when I was handed my drink it felt light. I pulled out of the driveway and opened the cup to find a tall amount of beverage in a grande cup. Almost $9 for 2/3 of a coffee, Bummer! Stop playing with me Starbucks!

Came in for a pink drink on a 85 degree day to quench my thirst and only got 5 sips out of my drink. It was filled to the top with ice. Paid almost $6 for this drink, the staff really need to watch how much ice they put into drinks. Severely disappointed, never coming back to this location.
