Pat and his team are great. I don’t know why it took so long to review lol. This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I always get great service and a smile going in or at the drive thru. They are engaging and interactive. This is the way Starbucks should be at all locations. They all used to be. They will hand you your drinks and tell a joke along the way. I know when there is filler staff in there. They are less interactive. I also have confirmed it by one of them. Pat must work hard on having his team be happy and cheerful and interactive. It really makes the difference. His team needs to be the Starbucks training team.
My only over time critique. Sometimes they don’t always write on the cups and sometimes it’s only a smile face or yum. They should always write a sentence at least. You know the have a nice day or something. Have the interactive fun go to the cups too not just the face to face.

I use this Starbucks weekly as it’s close to my house. Coffee is always spot on, service is always as quick as they can be! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Best Starbucks around hands-down. This morning they had my coffee ready as soon as I pulled up and it was flawlessly delivered. Great job guys! Appreciate you.

I have a realll honest review as someone who visit this location often , the inconsistency is real.
We came here tuesday as u can see the date july 29th at 3:47 BEST STAFF I VE EVER SEEN at this location , the cashier was amazing and me and my friend came back the next day with HOPE the same staff was there but nope…it was a total mess like the barista didnt want to work he looked miserable.. they all looked like they didnt want to be there and me and my friend we were scared for our drinks lol ..
effectively, the drinks were made weirdly ,2 matcha frappe missing some steps … :/ please starbucks address this … this place has potential and congratulate the staff that worked this week on the 29th they need more shift to make this place GREAT

So inconsistent- sometimes my drinks are great, other times really terrible, as if they didn’t add the correct ingredients or something. I was hoping, since the place was new, that they would get the kinks ironed out but apparently not. When I’m spending close to ten dollars (i know, crazy) for a special coffee, I really want it to be good. It’s just really disappointing when it’s not, when it was obviously prepared wrong. I never, ever complain about stuff like this, but after the last time I did go up afterwards to let them know that the PSL was completely devoid of sweetener or whipped cream (I mean, come on). I did so really nicely, and quietly. I was met with blank stares and felt really foolish but now I just feel annoyed.
Going to avoid this location from now on.

The staff is so sweet here my pups get excited driving by this particular location and even more when pulling in! They remember how nice everyone is & the pup cups!
I’ll also add…not all stores are created equally. Another location just down the street the drinks taste very different & watered down. Grr.

10/15/23 9:36 am What a lovely morning start up. We were excited to check out the new location and were so happy to see the beautiful lobby and smiling busy staff. I can’t say enough good things about our greeting and wait time. It’s always amazing to watch the barista’s hard at work making these intricate drinks. Handling not 1 but 2! Drive through lines and walk in customers on top of it – color me impressed. Best of luck to your new location you’re all doing great! We live by the location off Chris Gaupp drive but we’ll certainly be back to this location.
