I have been to this location a few times recently and unfortunately each time the experience was more unpleasant. Today I walked in to an empty line and the baristas tending to either online orders or drive thru. Acknowledging that I am there after 2-3 mins would be expected. They seemed annoyed to even take my order. It wasn’t busy at all. Also the tables, bathrooms, and floors were filthy. The staff is unfriendly and this has been consistent over my last 3 visits.

I visit this Starbucks regularly, no issues at all. Recently I’ve been getting pretty negative experiences. These past two days, I’ve received attitude when asking for a bag or a cup holders. FYI I normally order 2 or more cups of coffee per visit, there’s always empty handed workers but seemed annoyed when I ask for service. Another issue was the lids weren’t full shut causing spills all over my car seats. I feel deeply disrespected and disappointed not only by the service, but by what felt like a clear difference in how customers were treated. The staff appeared significantly more polite and welcoming toward white customers, which made the experience upsetting.

We were on the way to the convention center and stopped at the first Starbucks we saw. We had ordered a few different mobile orders for food and then one drink order. I’m very particular with my drinks so I told the barista what I was looking for achieving exactly since the app would not let me. I ordered a hot double espresso with pistachio sauce and salted brown toppings that I paid additional for, but I wanted it balanced . I could have just let her make it and then complained it was wrong and wasted her time to remake it “baristas promise” and let her waste more milk and time then me having to be disappointed with her lack of professional skills and Hospitality. I don’t order a latte because it’s too much milk and so I asked for extra warm milk, since the milk is free and I didn’t want cold milk in a hot beverage. So she gave me the worst reasoning as to why she couldn’t give me a little more milk which was “ labor costs.” As if she wouldn’t be working the whole day as it was only 10am. I’m completely baffled that Starbucks in such a high traffic area and environment with all Hotels would have an employee (PAYTON) let alone the store manager be the face of their brand. I have never had this happen in any branch in any state or country in ten years. After spending $20 on food the least she could have done was that. I know the other employees were also embarrassed by her. As a staffing agency owners for a national company, she should be written I’m and reprimanded. Would not want her the face of any of my brands. She mentioned she was going to talk to her district manager about other stores doing it (makes no sense because it’s not going to be in their district), and I am going to do the same so hopefully if the district manager pays attention to her stores reviews, she’ll see this and reach out. I will also be posting this on a few other platforms. I will be reaching out to corporate as well as sending a few emails. Completely a disgrace and unacceptable! Store is so dirty also. Looking forward to chatting this week.

Pretty good Starbucks branch. Baristas are friendly and they always get our orders right.

Mobile orders are easy to pick up too since they’ve updated their counter. Look for your order under the first letter of your name.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. My husband and I were picking up coffee for myself & he politely asked the woman at the drive-thru window if they got that my drink was supposed to have oat milk in it (because I can’t have dairy), and she rudely made a comment back to him saying “Yeah the barista saw oat milk on the order and chose to ignore it.” We both were shocked by how rude her response was, given how kind my husband had asked. Her response was uncalled for and extremely rude. All he wanted to know was whether they heard him & was trying to make sure I could drink the coffee we ordered. I will not be going back to this location.

Drive thru wait was not bad. However every time I get the same miserable young woman at the window. Not much personality. A smile and thank you would be nice. Very rude never acknowledges the thank you or hello that I give to her. Not one to be at the window..

Pretty busy Starbucks. I mainly do the drive thru. I dont order the food since its always over heated and gets tough to eat. The line does move but I’m always irritated that they offer the Apple Croissant .. but they always run out. Clearly people LOVE the darn thing , so why not have enough for the day
