I was on my way from Worcester, MA to Virginia. I made my first stop here and I loved it.
Though it gets busy at times, the place is very clean. Because of its strategic location in Walt Whitman, it’s a lil bit pricey.
However, value for money is assured.

1/3/2026 – Male barista just looks like he doesn’t want to work. Just giving a stank face while taking orders. Both him and another female barista who was making the drinks look miserable. The other young lady taking orders was very pleasant. Ordered two drinks. The hot chocolate was good but the caramel macchiato tasted burnt coffee. Drinks were done in a timely manner.

Very slow service. I stopped to use the bathroom. Ordered with not many people in front of me. 2 orders I’d say. One waiting and one that just ordered right before me. My sandwich was ready in a few minutes. My drink took about 8min.

5 workers standing in the back by the doors on their phones while there was a line to the door for people waiting to order and a mile long line of customers waiting. 5 Starbucks workers and im assuming a worker of the entire establishment got into a fight over trash bags being taken for another store in front of all the customers. Gentleman that was working the cash register was rude and rolling his eyes at the customer in front of me when they were asking about options for a dietary restriction.

I ordered a decaf frappuccino, but they gave me a milk-based caramel frap instead. I returned the incorrect order and waited for it to be corrected-but nothing happened. We waited over 20 minutes with no update and they were not that busy during that time.
Frustrated, we asked for a refund. Only after that did they finally make the decaf frappuccino. I regularly order decaf frappuccinos at other
Starbucks locations and have never had an issue. This experience was extremely disappointing. Completely unprofessional.

The baristas were more concerned about whatever argument they were having among themselves rather than taking or making orders.
One of the baristas, with an earring on the nose, was particularly nasty with the rest of the crew. Fortunately the drinks were good but it took longer than usual.

This really shouldn’t even be considered a Starbucks. I read the other horrible reviews but was also badly in need of coffee while driving. They were extremely slow and unfriendly. The coffee tastes old. Do yourself a favor and keep going and stop by a real Starbucks instead.

Loved the women working tonight!! Driving back home from a funeral and they made the trip not so sad. They were fast and even looked out on a bigger cup because I needed the extra shots of expresso. Will definitely stop again ☺️

Visited on 7/31/22 around 2:30pm. Super long line, rude and slow workers. They were out of basically everything. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, which I’ve ordered a million times at other Starbucks, and they did not make it correctly. I nicely tried to ask about the mistake and they were rude and dismissive to me, said I was wrong and that they got it right. The drink was terrible. Definitely not correct or maybe they just don’t know how to make it correctly. Wish I hadn’t wasted so much time for a gross and poorly-made drink.
