I love coming here to work and unwind. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming — a great spot to grab a drink and some light bites while getting things done. The staff is consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely friendly, and my drinks and food are always prepared perfectly.
My only concern is that during the colder months, the air conditioning seems to run quite high, which can make it a bit uncomfortable at times. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place and I keep coming back.

I love all the staff at Newton Starbucks! everyone is so friendly and they always say hello right when you walk in the door. I go there everyday, I used to go to Sparta Starbucks because it was easier for me on my way to work, but they don’t compare to the service and drink quality at newton Starbucks. Every time
I would go to Sparta my drink would be wrong, that doesn’t happen in newton. So now I go out of my way just to go to Newton. I wish I knew some of their names so I could shout out some of the great workers. But really they are all great! I definitely recommend going to Newton Starbucks. It’s a great way to start your day, with such friendly staff and such delicious drinks!

Horrible service. They were clearly mad we drove up right before closing. Don’t give straws shut and locked the window and gave us a dirty look. The drinks were made wrong & sucked. But the prices go up? We won’t be back! Manger needs to take accountability here and train or hire better.

This is a new Starbucks in the area and it’s right next to a chipotle. The quality and customer service was exactly as I expected from any Starbucks location. My order was completed correctly and the staff was very polite to me. I ordered everything through the app without issue and it was ready for pick up when I entered the drive-through line. It’s very conveniently located along my commute in the morning.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever visited, very clean store as well as clean bathrooms. One Barista was very helpful as my main drink was taken off the menu and I still have trouble ordering it, her name was Daria. Both drinks I ordered were very well made as well as quickly. Will be coming back again!!
