not sure who exactly made my drink but it’s phenomenal and whoever wrote my on cup, it was a lovely coincidence that made me very very happy! as a certified cat lover i thought it was super adorable to see “meow!” written on my cup. i have 2 cats and 4 cat tattoos so this simple thing has me cheesing !!

2 years ago I placed a mobile order and then about 15 minutes later went to the drive thru to pick it up. The staff member chastised me for putting the order in and picking it up too quickly. We’re taking a 10 minute speech on how I’m affected their fulfillment times.

It’s been 2 years, surely they’re better now? No. I put in the order, got into the drive-through line and waited over 35 minutes. Got to the window, and they didn’t even have my order made yet. Unreal.

Went twice to the Hackettstown NJ Starbucks and went through the drive through. Both times we ordered Mocca cookie crumbles. Both times the drinks were way off. Coffee had an overall watery consistency, whipped cream was left out and watery. Plus they made one and we had to wait forever for the second one. Lady handed me my drink with coffee on the outside of the cup and said be careful the lids not staying on! Really, I’m paying $7 for a drink and you can’t even give me a cup with a proper Lid – I’m driving!!!

Last time we went the window and ledge were both dirty and the girl behind the window was sweeping all the crumbs on the floor! Gross – get a trash can!! You will never get all those crumbs cleaned up, needless to say you’re walking in all those crumbs and it attracts more bugs / rodents. Can’t believe this is acceptable by the board of health! Do better Starbucks of Hackettstown!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been in this Starbucks where they forgot about me. When I went in it only looks like there are only a few people there. I order and they never asked for my name. Then after 20 minutes I ask about my order and they dont have a clue. I actually asked for my money back so I can just leave. Ridiculous I have no idea why I torture myself by going here but that was the last time.

Came in at 7pm on a Thursday (says they’re open til 9) and there was nobody in there… no staff… no customers… I said “hello” and no one answered. Weird. Disappointing experience.

I would give this location a zero if I could. I went in to have Starbucks grind my coffee beans that I purchased from a 3rd party location which this location has always done. Ashley the store manager said to me in front of a crowd of customers in a nasty tone “I know they have grind your beans for you in the past, but I took over 6 weeks ago, and I will not do that for you today; is there anything else we can help you with today?” It was so embarrassing that a customer came to me to apologize for her behavior. I proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for my coffee order only because I already paid for it. I will never support this location again. I’ve also put in a call to corporate. This is unacceptable because it shows the lacks courtesy and customer service is poor!

The staff has gone downhill. Inattentive staff. They act bothered to have your business. Saw the kid working the counter practically throw someone’s drink down. He seems to hate his job. Incredibly slow service to make it worse. It seems like they trip over their own feet. I’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for two bakery items and two coffees. You could never come here if you were in a time crunch. I almost had to walk out cause it took so long. 11/08 at 9:00 am ish. Leaving finally at 9:30. No offer for a complimentary card or anything, no apology.

Nice people working there, but it’s the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’d recommend ordering at least 20 minutes ahead if you want your drink to be ready anywhere near the time you arrive.

1st off, I’m a frequent Customer during the work week. We don’t have a Starbucks in Mt Olive so I give myself an extra 1/2 hour to go before work. I never had an issue until yesterday & today.
Yesterday I ordered an Iced Oatmilk Macha Latte w/extra ice & Strawberry Cold Foam. I was handed a cup w/o any ice nor Cold Foam. I handed it back to the Barista at the drive-thru & she told me the Cold Foam must’ve already disintegrated & there was ice in the cup. I wasn’t in the mood to debate & be late for work. I called & spoke to a Manager & she told me I could have a free replacement for the errors. Soooo…. I went this morning. I was handed the correct drink BUT….it was so sloppily made I was aggravated. 3/4 of the Matcha powder was on the bottom & the rest was in clumps all on the inside of the cup. It obviously wasn’t made properly by blending it because the syrups were all on the bottom as well. I understand it’s very busy in the morning but when a drink costs over $8 it should be made properly. What’s going on at this location this week?!
